Dropped in on a Sunday, 7am. Day pass of $25. Great equipment, super clean, locker rooms and showers were great and nice atmosphere over all.
Very nice coach, I have been following his programs during the last 3 years. My body changed ! He always answer you very quickly when you have questions, with great advices :) This week I had an issue with my payment , he refund me the same day, very honest guy ! I recommend !!

This location is solid. Because it gets very packed (it's located near a bunch of tech companies, with employees that can leave work at random times to work out) it's hard to find times when the weight areas are not full.

I've been a member for more than 2 years now! They provide clean facilities, equipment, a big variety of classes. The staffs are very helpful and friendly, trainers/instructors are fantastic and professional. The coffee/heathy bar is a big bonus for sure! They have great coffee and delicious protein shakes.
