The customer service at Review Trackers is so fabu...

The customer service at Review Trackers is so fabulous that I thought they were a very small company. I worked for a restaurant chain and used Review Trackers to manage reviews for all locations. I recently started my own company (digital integrations for small businesses) and use RT for all of my clients whose services are reviewed. It's affordable, even for a small one-person company. I've researched a lot of companies and never found one that offers the same services for a better price and I can't even imagine a better customer service experience.

Review Trackers is an excellent service. From the time I first requested a demo to now, two years later, I have always received 5-star service. The customer support team is quick and helpful in their responses. The platform is easy to use, and as a marketing manager for a large restaurant group, this has been one of the best investments we've made. It allows us to measure success and respond to all review platforms from one place. Since we are a multi-brand restaurant group, it is useful that I can share access to specific brands to our front-of-house managers. I highly recommend this service!

A tremendous value for the price for what the plat...

A tremendous value for the price for what the platform is able to do. Their team is incredibly responsive, in tune with what their consumers are asking for and striving to exceed expectations at every turn.

In the future, it would be fantastic to be able to reply directly from the platform to the various sites where reviews are posted and be able to designate a workflow for teams with multiple team members and track efficiency in response times.

Review Trackers has been one of the best partners / vendors we have ever used. The dashboards and tools for the team are intuitive and make it quick to reply to members in a meaningful way. Review trackers has been game changer for our business. Managing the process for responding to reviews was impossible before with multiple google locations, Facebook, Yelp, etc. across two distinct businesses. With Review trackers it makes it easy for any of our agents to respond to reviews in near real time as well as track our response rate. Review Trackers has also provided reporting about our reviews that we never had before. In seconds I can see what our ratings were for any or all 3rd party sites across any time period for either one of our business units. I highly recommend to any business that takes their online reputation seriously.

We were spending a lot of time trying to manually ...

We were spending a lot of time trying to manually track our online reviews through the myriad of individual review website, but found it to be exhausting and ultimately ineffective. We tried a number of review aggregation websites, but Review Trackers far exceeded the rest. Most made me manually link each review site one by one, but Review Tracker just took our name and two days later send me a link to our fully completed site. Instantly, and for the first time ever, we had a graph showing us our trends both in average reviews and total reviews per month. We had detailed monthly reports which I am now able to distribute to my team, and we now get alerts from any of dozens of review websites the minute they are submitted.

For our purposes, this program was exactly what we wanted and we couldn't be more pleased. I also want to say that there service has been spectacular.

My team just started using ReviewTrackers for all of our digital reviews tracking. Prior to this program we were using Excel spreadsheets with incomplete, and a lot of the time, incorrect information. Having the ability to go in and really see what makes our members tick is a blessing. Matt and Kelly do a great job taking care of us and working with us on the features we want to see implemented!

Running accounts for multiple clients, I have found Review Trackers very helpful. I think they have some room for improvement that is easy to implement but have been told changes are in the pipeline. Good response from customer service. This is a valuable time saving tool that for the most part works well.

Tech support is always there but just to tell you ...

Tech support is always there but just to tell you what you cannot get or they can't fix, no ETA to fix problems. We're a multi-property vacation homes with 100+ houses listed online, so far we haven't been able to retrieve reviews from Expedia or Airbnb, we were told on the trial phase that we will be able to see Airbnb reviews after we go live, never happened. As for Expedia, they don't have an ETA to fix the problem and send us reviews even thought the are posted on Expedia main page, a lot of things need to get fixed, the whole idea of having all reviews in one place has not worked for us so far, hoping to get things fixed or we need to move away..sorry but we wish we knew all this before sign a contract.

Great Product! We have been using ReviewTrackers for almost a year now and can't imagine life before it! The system is being used to analyse and respond to reviews across 5 hotels.

Our response rate has gone up by 75% and we are now interacting with 99% of reviews left on our various sites - which puts us streaks ahead of the local competition.

These guys are a joke. They don t answer a phone call. They won t help you understand what or even how to set up your company with their software.

Please do not hire a company that cares this little. All I asked for was a phone call to explain how to set us up and a couple of other issues.

They care about the money only. I have requested a refund. We will see if I have to fight for that.

This is the worst time spent trying to set this up alone.

I've been using ReviewTrackers for a few years now and their customer service has been excellent throughout. They are quick to respond and proactive about helping me with our account. I did quite a bit of research and many demos of competing products before signing up with RT and am confident I made the right choice...even 3 years later.

I have been working with Review Trackers for a little over a year. I can honestly say that my team has not utilized the tools provided to their fullest. We have however received a fair number of reviews to both our Facebook and Google+ accounts because of the ease of usability of the tools. We love the email signature Feed Back Link and how it allows us to obtain quality feedback from our customers. We have noticed a larger # of customers finding us via a Google search since we have been using Review Trackers to obtain Google+ reviews. Emily from the Review Trackers team has always been available and a great resource when we needed help or advice with our account, content or processes.

ReviewTrackers is exactly what I have been looking for! Working for a large medical group, it is difficult to manage the online reputation for all the providers and office locations. ReviewTrackers has provided the perfect solution by allowing me to manage all reviews across all sites on one dashboard. We also utilize the feedback surveys to capture patient's experiences. On top of a great platform, the customer service is superb! They are knowledgeable, kind and very quick to respond. I would definitely recommend for any small or large business!

Reviews show up 14 hours later and not at the time...

Reviews show up 14 hours later and not at the time the review is left. Their own customer service doesn't seem to understand why. I'm told they receive updates from Google hourly. That's obviously not the case. A two star review arrived on Google and it was 7 days before Review Trackers sent me a notification. Fortunately, I use email notifications from Google as well. That makes Review Trackers completely pointless.
Also, why do any of these review applications bother to use word ratings? Our brand and our sales people's names are rated negatively in them. It's a waste of energy, when Review Trackers should be putting that effort into the core of the application.

We've used ReviewTrackers to help manage our online reputation for going on two years now. The UI is simple and intuitive, and the aggregated review score has become an immensely useful kpi for our management team. It has allowed us to really achieve review responses within 24 hours, and we've seen our online review score rise, and a real bump in walk in traffic in our locations. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Stacey and the team at ReviewTrackers are phenomenal. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional, as well as refreshingly fun and friendly. BEST customer service!!! ReviewTrackers is a very well built platform that is easy to use. I use ReviewTrackers on a daily basis and benefit from it tremendously. It takes all the hard work out of monitoring and requesting reviews, leaving you time to analyze and make the most of the data and insight provided! Highly recommend.

Our company has used Review Trackers to monitor the online reputations of about 100 of our clients. Overwhelmingly, our clients are happy with the monitoring and I have found Review Tracker's support on tech issues to be fast and accommodating in every way and their staff are friendly and excellent at following up to ensure resolution of any issues or concerns. They regularly request input from users and have implemented changes to their system based on our feedback on more than one occasion. We use review trackers to pull and consolidate reviews for our customers. All our interaction is through the API. So far, the API is pretty good and the information (what we have spot checked) is accurate. My only complaint is that since we resell the information we get from them, we are going to have a lot of signup and drop out activity. There really isn't a good system in place for that, it is currently manual which is going to get to be a pain soon. We need a more automated way of subscribing and unsubscribing locations.
