This is a beautiful salon however the price point is crazy. When you pay more for a haircut or manicure than you do in Central London at a high end salon it makes you question things.

Kristen Comer at Reve is amazing. I just relocated from Washington DC where I had access to some amazing stylists. Kristen has blown any of that big city competition out of the water.

I always get an excellent cut at Reve. I never plan ahead, I call in the morning and ask for "anyone available that day" so I have seen several stylists, and the results are consistent. The staff is always very professional and friendly. I have also had a wonderful massage at Reve, and highly recommend them.

I booked a facial and waxing with Alexis. I found her warm and friendly and she did a great job with the facial. However, I feel like I need to schedule another waxing since it wasn't complete. I would not return for brow waxing there.

I went to Reve for the first time today for a cut and color from Kaitlyn. I was super impressed from the moment I walked in. I've been to a handful of salons around Toledo and Monroe, but Reve is by far the chicest. Gorgeous, clean and bright interior. All staff I came into contact with were super friendly. Kaitlyn was great in both her ability and demeanor. I don't think I have to bounce around from salon to salon anymore, I found one that I really enioy and plan to return to with Reve! I definitely recommend the salon and am looking forward now for a reason to get done up and come in for a full makeover!

Ryan, Kristin, Erin and Will are fabulous massage therapists.each one has a special background to offer and my husband and i are so glad we tried REVE. We plan on becoming regulars

Five minutes late for an eyebrow wax for my wife and they say no appointment ? Kidding me? She will not be back, especially since the last time she was in she waited for 10 minutes because they were behind .

I love this place! I haven't gotten my hair cut, but I get other services done. Brittany is so sweet and is such a good conversationalist! Everyone is friendly and has a smile on their face when you walk in the door. I will go no where else for my services!!

My stylist Katelyn is brilliant! Every time she cuts, colors, and styles my hair I feel like a new and improved Me! The staff are all so nice and helpful. Any hair products that I buy they always explain how to use it and why I need. The salon is very refreshing. Reve is the absolute best Salon in town!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love everyone at Reve--especially Allison for Nails and toes and Rene and Julie for hair! The salon is very relaxing and they go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience!

I get massages here at least once a month. Very nice atmosphere and talented staff.

Dear Carmen,
Please retrain your front desk on how to read a schedule and book appointments. Clients should not be called 90 minutes before their scheduled appointment that the person they had an appointment with doesn't work Saturdays. This should have been know in the first place and the appointment never booked. Your staff needs to understand and respect the fact that some of your clients are hard working people with jobs and families to juggle. Schedules aren't open and fluid like some of your other clients. If my mother hadn't given me a gift card to your establishment, I wouldn't try booking another appointment. By the looks of things, this is an ongoing problem as several reviews point out the same problem. For being an "upscale" salon and spa, you shouldn't be having these booking issues.

Christin West is literally the best, I have been going to her for the last 10 years. Anything I come to her with she does and she does it well! I'm always switching up my look, color or cut and she does an amazing job. The salon is very nice, they sell great products for your hair. You'll leave there feeling like you just left the most high end salon, because your hair feels and looks so healthy and soft. I never go anywhere else, and as long as Ms West works there I will never go anywhere else ever!

Hi, I cannot speak to the treatments but I did want to express an experience that still ties into a review of the salon and spa. I wanted to treat my mother out for a surprise spa day when I was visiting from NYC during my birthday weekend in Aug and there were no appointments available. However, Casey was gracious enough to book a full spa day two months later in October when I would be back in town. Fast forward to Oct, I received texts to confirm my appointment in which I did for both my mother and myself. We had appointments back to back starting 10am on a Saturday, however I received a call with a voicemail at 8:30am stating masseuse had to cancel and I would need to reschedule. It was frustrating just to even receive a call like that when I had a whole day planned for mother but to not even take the time to see what other appointments I had on file was the most upsetting part. I had a mani, pedi, facial and massage booked each for my mother and myself. When I called, I spoke to Jamie and was surprised she did not mention anything about my other appointments and I had to address in which she looked through her spa book and confirmed we were still on for the other appointments but at 11:45am. I expressed the frustration and asked her to reconfirm all 3 sets for my mother and myself and then she confirms my mother would still start at 10:15am and I would start 11:45am. Understood we are in post covid times and everyone has a low staff but that was not the upsetting part. Even though she was very professional she lacked empathy and the simple act of paying attention to details which goes a long way when a place of business is calling you on the day of an appointment to cancel that you booked two months ago, moreover not reviewing your entire day that is booked. I was really looking forward to experiencing a day here as a lot of people have highly recommended this spa but with this experience it s unfortunate, I will not and would not ever book again. Going to salvage the day with brunch and finding another salon that will take my mom and I. I hope others get a different experience! Stay safe and healthy all!

Service by my massage therapist at Reve was great; however, let me share my front desk experience. I had a promotional service done in October. My bill was $72. I asked to tip 30% of the $72 charge because of the promotion to ensure she received an adequate tip. They don't let you see or touch anything, so it wasn't til I checked my credit card statement that I saw they gave over a $34 tip. About 50% once you take out the covid service charge. I went two days later for my eyebrows. Tipped 20% and again they rounded up without asking and gave greater than a 20% tip. I would likely be apalled if I saw an itemized list of expenses from August. I treated three other ladies and myself to a half spa day and gave a generous percentage tip again. I would hate to see how much I was actually tipping because I'm certain it was higher than I authorized. I've spent a small fortune there this year and do not plan to go back because of the unauthorized up charges and lack of transparency.

Loved my visit and Alexis is an amazing aesthetician! Every one there is so kind and welcoming as well. Highly recommend!

The entire experience from the beginning to end was very professional, accommodating, and friendly. Kayla took the call in and also greeted me when I arrived! Excellent customer service persona. A keeper! Kara was my hair stylist---she was great! She listened to me, I showed her a couple ideas, she shared her expertise and NAILED IT! My new look is (which was drastic change for me) great! Her persona is great--I felt relaxed and trusting! Not easy to find anywhere on a first time basis.

Very clean and refreshing high-end salon in the heart of downtown Sylvania. Location works great for me and the stylist they set me up with was good and friendly. I also went back few days later for waxing and I also liked that expert too. I'll be back for my next haircut in January. Thanks Reve!
