Please retrain your front desk on how to read a schedule and book appointments. Clients should not be called 90 minutes before their scheduled appointment that the person they had an appointment with doesn't work Saturdays. This should have been know in the first place and the appointment never booked. Your staff needs to understand and respect the fact that some of your clients are hard working people with jobs and families to juggle. Schedules aren't open and fluid like some of your other clients. If my mother hadn't given me a gift card to your establishment, I wouldn't try booking another appointment. By the looks of things, this is an ongoing problem as several reviews point out the same problem. For being an "upscale" salon and spa, you shouldn't be having these booking issues.
