I love the view here, who doesn't? But I spent more time today and enjoyed all of the interactive exhibits. Enjoyed people watching too. There were people from all over the US and around the world, here to see the best of Dallas! My only regret is that Cloud Nine Cafe closed before I arrived. I'm still dying to try the dessert that's a replica of the tower...made of cake and CHOCOLATE. How Dallas is THAT?!?

Sent this email in January and never received a response. Very poor customer service.

"On our recent trip to Dallas we purchased tickets for Reunion Tower a few days before coming. We got the day and night ticket because we thought it would be best and the most worth-it for the money. We went during the day and also went back at 8pm to see the city at night, we were then told that they were at max capacity and no one else was allowed up, the lady at the desk said that the last group goes up at 8:30 (the posted closing time) and they close at 9pm. So from our view we were plenty early to go back up to the top. No where on your website or printed tickets did we see that this could have been an issue. The lady told us to contact the accounting department for a refund since we are leaving Dallas tomorrow and therefore will not be able to see the tower at night. This was extremely disappointing as we were looking forward to spending our last night enjoying the city lights. There was no notification or posting on the website that the tower was at max capacity so the trip to and from the tower was also for naught. I ask for a full refund for two day and night tickets.

I look forward to hearing from you."

This is a amazing place to go have dinner!

This is a amazing place to go have dinner!
The food and service is absolutely incredible' not to mention the view and no matter where you sit you will get a full 360 degree view each hour due to the revolving floor.
Photos include,
California roll,
XO dumplings,
Fried Calamary,
Crystal chive dumplings,
New York strip steak,
Bitter sweet chocolate souffle,
Baked Alaska,
not to mention several pictures of the view.
This is an incredible place to go and I would strongly recommend it to anyone.

I loved this so much, I went back a second time. Tru and time it with the sunset. The views are stunning. Dallas at night is beautiful. I highly recommend going here. The views are definitely worth it. You can also have your photo taken and they photoshop stuff it. That was worth it too. It was just a fun evening.

It s a really cool place to visit at least once. The staff are very friendly especially Burk, the elevator guy. He gave us facts about Reunion Tower as we rode the elevator up. Once up there you can look out the window or actually go outside and see Dallas. It s a quick visit and doesn t take long to walk around, but I really enjoyed it.

Food was adequate but overpriced. Wait staff are ok as well. The dining room slowly revolves to give you a look at the Dallas skyline. It completes one turn in one hour. It's nice to go there once for the experience but the food is not good enough that i would want to eat there again.

The view of Dallas at night is excellent.
The staff is very informative.
But what I don't understand is why this place doesn't give military / veterans or first responders a discount of some kind?
Are they not supportive of these services?
Other than that. Its a good place to see Dallas.

The interactive soft touch screen with the history of area was great. Which included the assassination of president Kennedy that happened down the street from the tower. There's a outside walk way around the tower near the top . Fun experience for all.

The view from the tower is amazing !! You can see the dowtown, the sunset, the lights of the buildings and inside you can see information about the city and interact with the tower from a screen.

Took my future in-laws here in their first time visiting Dallas. Got there right as the sun was going down. They loved it! My boyfriend was first optimistic about going, but once there, he loved it!

Must have for any out-of-town visitors!

An amazing holiday in Dallas isn't complete without a trip to reunion tower. I suggest going there on the weekend at sunset. Plan to have dinner at 360 or Cloud 9 cafe.(less expensive option) but quite nice. Enjoy a pleasant night with friends, good food along with spectacular views of Dallas by night.

Excellent place to visit with family! It is very exciting to see the downtown Dallas area from above. Also see how spectacular and intricate the roads around the center through which citizens pass day by day trying to find the best way to get home or to work.
It is also very exciting to feel the rotation of the observation deck around the structure in a very slow but sensitive way !!
It is a beautiful piece of engineering to visit !!

Food was really good. Service was a little slow at first but I assume this was due to the holiday season I'm sure. Spinning room is neat but if you get motion sickness may not be for you. Overall great experience.

This has a great view of the city and the restaurant on the top is really cool to sit in while it spins around. You do have to pay a fee to get in but you get to stay as long as you want. Awesome spot.

If you go make sure you go on the weekend so you can enjoy the cafe along with the tower. If you go on a weekday, although interesting, its just a sky high view of Dallas, which at night is fairly interesting.

Awesome panoramic views of downtown Dallas. To get to the geodeck, you have to walk through the Hyatt to the reunion tower. They will take you on an elevator to the top floor. Cozy inside area with bar and lounge style atmosphere. Also has interactive screens for all the interesting points of interest. The windows inside are tinted so the views look darker than reality. You can also go outside to get closer views. It can be windy outside though, so may be a good idea to bring a jacket.

Visited on a cold rainy and foggy day but the view was still great at about 3 miles. The staff was very nice. Everyrhing was high end looking and pleasant to be around. The lower observation deck gas seating and access to the outside, the upper deck has a rotating floor that slowly goes around 360*. It was definitely worth the price seeing the whole city.
