One of the must visit place in Dallas. You can see every important spot in Dallas downtown and take a really cool picture from the top!

1st time, went for wife's birthday lunch, cost $34 for me and Kelly to go up, top restaurant closed until 5pm and a second restaurant is having a private engagement with no guest. But an employee, Jodi, made it nice walking and talking with us. Thank you Jodi, we'll know next time to come after 5.

Had a amazing experience here. Would recommended to anyone looking to visit Dallas.

Fun to do at least once with a unique view of Dallas and a few interesting exhibits.

A definite must see if you like panaramic views. The tower is visable at night with a real light show!

Wow, this used to be the place to be on a Saturday night! The restaurant used to be a fancy spot that you formally dressed up for and glittered in cocktails. The seating was so much better and classier- now it's spaced out and looks like a college cafeteria! How disappointing to come back and see my home city represented by such a boring concept! The Geodeck is a fast 20 minutes at best and never was the best part. Always the cocktail lounge. Glad I knew it for what it once was. Now the tickets are overpriced, there is a guy handling the elevator, and the food is sub par and overpriced. What happened? The true glory of Reunion Tower is gone with the wind! Sad.

Always fun... but pricey l believe they should have some discount if you ve been there within 3months. I get guesses from out of town who love to visit the towers. I have to join them and keep them company but for me there s nothing to see once you ve been there more than 2 times. Overall, it s a great place

I didnt know it spins... took about 5 minutes to get over the feeling of vertigo. It was great... order the "Peace on Earth " drink.

A modern building with impressive architecture. Your viewpoint is one of the best in the USA and I recommend the visit !!!!

Nice but there is no longer the buffet in the rotating part, they only sell sandwiches and drinks.

Expensive but if you haven't been, you're missing out on a great view.

This place offers a unique view of Dallas city and also an ideal place to eat or drink something and enjoy the view.

The view was second to none. We had the Pan seared RedFish the Duck XO fried rice and fingerling potatoes. The fish was seared to perfection the skin was crispy and light. The winner to me was the spicy fingerling potatoes. Also had a glass of Pinot Grigio Zero Puro. I though the wine was more earthy than fruity. Overall it was an awesome experience perhaps if I were more of a sushi person I would visit again. The service was good but this place wasn't for me.

Passed by this park in Dallas, nice laid back city. Cleaner than my city. Some of their city workers.

We had a wonderful time! They are doing well with taking extra precautions due to covid. We were very impressed and would recommend!!

Awesome views! Polite and accommodating staff. Didn't rush me off. Don't expect 2 get full on their ritzy over priced menu, tho. I thought I'd treat myself. I deserve it! I left another rating on THE restaurant's Google.

A little pricey just for an elevator ride, but worth the trip up to the observation deck and the rotating smack and drink area.

Definitely a cool view of Dallas, would love to see it in the evening.

The staff is very friendly, you can see their passion for this viewpoint. From there you can see Dallas in a different way. However, the tour is very short for the price you pay.

Nice hotel. 2 things...

Parking is atrocious. You pay for parking, and when the lot is full... you either are forced to park in a lot 3 blocks away, or pay for valet on top of your parking passes.

When it comes to billing and checking out... nobody but the manager knew what the itemized bill meant. It took 3 people to try and explain the bill. If your staff can't explain charges... how would the customer know and why would I pay for something you can't explain? My time was more valuable than $40. If you can't explain it, remove it from the bill. Other than that I had a great experience until check out.

Always love the Hyatt in Dallas, the cafe food is good and inexpensive, I do the buffet so hv choices. Jay the manager goes above and beyond. The staff amazing - Ask 4 Ms. Jackie, 35 years of service. They aim to please. Clean and beautiful hotel, take the tower tour over looking Dallas, gorgeous,

I've lived in DFW my entire life and finally visited "the ball". It was really cool. A word of advice if you plan to visit on a Friday or Saturday night, the line to get back down starts backing up at about 8:45. It was a 20 min wait just to get back down and then 15 mins in the parking lot. So just plan for it and be patient :-)

Cool place but come on its waaaaaayy overpriced. We visited the dallas aquarium and it was less to get in there than here and more to see/do. It was cool zooming in on the JFK incident spots and using the live cameras to look around and having a history history lesson on the kiosks. The food and snacks are a Little high priced and from what I saw the restaurant there had really high prices but overall very cool experience.

Really awesome place! If you visit Dallas this is a must see! They have drinks and food on top and the whole place rotates the entire city, great views!

It was indeed a nice view but only one one side. When looking at the downtown part of Dallas with the tall buildings and hustle, it is awesome. But it is the only great looking part. Looking in any other direction it is nothing special. It also cost $16 per person and I did not feel I got a $16 experience. I am glad it is something to say I have done, but it is not something I would pay for again.

This one is most popular place in this Dallas. The town we ball has made up the details that was in Reunion Towner that has a Restaurant that can eat. See the differences he outrageous screen to type how was in the news showing in the upper room in the Downtown. Thank you Reunion Tower. Give you 6 stars.

Phenomenal lobster rolls , pork chop entree and sushi roll incredible highly highly recommend even during a tornado the staff was fantastic and caring I have dietary needs and they took very good care of my steak and separate the food the chocolate souffle was phenomenal and the baked Alaska set her up in phenomenal over the top I have to have both!!!

I were in town and decided to visit the Geo Deck at Reunion Tower. We were greeted by very friendly staff and incredible views. Most notably was Carolyn, who was up at the deck to take pictures and give insight to Dallas history and things to do. She made the small moment very memorable and special.

It is a tourist destination so expect to pay for parking and to ride the elevator. The cafe is weak with poor choices and inexperienced staff. When asking what kind of white wine they sold I was told they have Chardonnay and Merlot.

Best place to observe Dallas. Telescopes facing all directions are mounted on observation deck. Interactive displays shiw some educational stuff. If you are new to Dallas, this is a place you must visit.

Save the $17 tourist fee to go up. Instead go up to the Five Sixty restaurant / bar with good happy hour drink and hors d'oeuvres prices. Free ride and hang out up top for several revolutions while taking in the view.

My family and I had sooo much fun! I can't wait till they have anpther lawn party!!! The lawn was perfect!

I've been to a few Observation decks. Standard fare for this type of attraction. We hit it on a clear day. Perfect weather!

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! there service sucks. the waiters didnt even know whos food was whos. they expected us to know. Then when they brought out the wrong order they were a billion years late. They decided that giving us deserts would be the best option for no hatred! THEY SUCK. you shouldnt ever spend your hard earned money for such a trashy menu!

It's a good place to hang out during hot and humid days. Great view of the highway and skyline. It's fun to watch trains pass by Dallas from the tower.

My visiting family members loved this outing. We had a great time viewing the city of Dallas from the skyview observation deck. The 360 Cafe was a nice touch. the revolving restaurant was exciting.

Best of Dallas. Go at night for the best views. You can order champagne at the quick style restaurant.

Come for the views. Stay for the ...views. The views.

The view was great, as expected. But the price is a little steep for the observation package. I paid $40 for 2 tickets and we stayed for approximately 30 mins as there is not much else to do because take in the views for a little while.

$18.40 for one adult to take the elevator and look around. Bit overpriced imo.

Get there before dusk and watch the sun set. It's awesome to watch the city come alive with all the colorful buildings light up for the night...its a beautiful city.
