This was a fun touristy type stop on our trip in Dallas. The view was beautiful but the staff is what made it so much fun. The lady checking everyone in and taking pictures was a blast, our attendant going up was so sweet and Burk the ambassador was full of info and very hospitable. I would definitely recommend this stop for any Dallas trip.

It was a beautiful view from 470 feet. The panoramic view and high-definition zoom cameras made it an exciting experience. The observation deck lets you see for miles in any direction.

The elevator ride up and down was fun thanks to the lady stationed. She got us hyped and in the mood for a good experience. Roy helped us with pictures and he was so happy to do it.

Absolutely stunning views of the city. My love and I were only in town for a short while, and made sure to visit the tower. We arrived and chose a self serve table near the bar just on time for sunset. It was spectacular. We each ordered a cocktail off their menu, and both were fantastic, as well as the pot stickers and a roll. Our server was top notch as well. We couldn't have asked for more. This is a must when you visit Dallas.

Went to reunion tower in January of 2020. Great views of downtown Dallas. Fare was cheap to go up the tower. 360 degree views with lots of photo opportunities. Did not stay too long but was worth it in my mind. A great viewpoint to plan out your day in downtown Dallas. Staff were all friendly. Definitely worth a trip to it.

What a shame. Reunion Tower in the 90s was fabulous. Now they've made a spectacle of the whole thing with a FEE even to go to the restaurants. Nearly $17 a person just to get on the elevator and another $15 per person for a sandwich at Cloud 9. I wouldn't mind paying if it was awesome, but the cafe level (open during the day) is HORRID. It looks like it's under construction...I thought we were in the wrong place. My sister said it looked just as bad a year ago, so I'm guessing they're not planning on making any improvements. The chairs and tables are leftovers from their conference rooms and the carpet was stained all over. It was completely underwhelming and disappointing. I don't know who was in charge of the remodel, but they need to be slapped. I'm not sure if the Wolfgang Puck restaurant Five Sixty has improved any, but it was also terrible when I went a few years ago. Reunion Tower needs to try again...what a mess.

Valet parking is $19. I'm not sure if they take credit card, but you pay when you leave & there's probably an ATM inside somewhere. We paid cash. Save yourself $19 & park somewhere nearby.
As far as finding the place while driving, pay close attention to the signs. You will see a sign pointing left towards valet parking, while you're on a one way street. Pull up to the valet person standing at the podium.
This is where you will need to go to find the entrance.
When you get inside the Hyatt Regency Dallas hotel head down the escalator to your right.
Stop at the desk with the monitor on the wall that's advertising the GeO deck. You have to buy tickets from the clerk, for the deck. Tickets are $18.40/person including tax.
The clerk will tell you where to go next. At your next stop you have the option to get your picture taken. You can get a free copy emailed to you with the Reunion Tower background of your choosing. I reccomend this.
Next head to the elevator & wait for the guide who will take you up & give you a briefing.
The deck is has an indoor & outdoor section. There are telescopes outdoors & interactive screens indoors. You can use the screens to move & zoom in on the city - with the cameras on the tower.
There is a coin press & tables for people to chill at. There are also 2 restaurants you can go to.
When you leave stop at the kiosk outside the gift shop to have your photo emailed to you. You can also have it printed & framed. If you do you will pick that up in the gift shop. We are happy with our print/frame. Have fun!

The Tower Meeting is a must see in Dallas.

The Tower Meeting is a must see in Dallas.
It is the first place to go to be able to organize the other visits.
From there you have an overview of what is in the city and what you want to visit.

The views of Dallas are great. The staff is friendly and welcoming. However, the price is somewhat steep for just a view. Not much to do at the top besides look out at the view. Very limited interactive exhibits compared to other viewing More

Right next to the Hyatt Regency. We went up to the observation deck and had a few drinks and talked. The deck turns slowly so you get a full view of all 360 degrees from your seat. At 7 on a Thursday we were able to walk in and sit at the bar and then move to a lounge seat. We Uber-ed over, so I'm not sure what the parking is like. Great pictures.

Reunion Tower lies in the Heart of Dallas, and is the 25th tallest building in the city. In my personal opinion, it is very worth it as well. Combining this with the City walk day pass to visit this location and Delta for other famous locations in Dallas is definitely worth the money spent. A must-see for anyone who is coming to the area for any amount of time.

The Reunion Tower is a really nice building and great if you want to go see downtown from a really high View. The observation deck is binocular type thing where you can look down on downtown Dallas. And it also has a revolving ball where you rotate around downtown. Also there is a restaurant at the top by Wolfgang Puck in the lemon drop martinis are the greatest

Nice attraction to visit in Dallas. Beautiful view of the Dallas night view from the panoramic Geo-deck, it does not rotate but has an outdoor sections that allow you to take better pictures of the city landscape.

The interactive touchscreens are fun to play with and give you interesting insights about Dallas' landmarks and history. You can sometimes find discounted tickets on Groupon

Loved the butternut squash soup at Cloud 9 cafe.

First time going after living in Dallas for 8 years. It was a mistake to wait that long. They had so many different ways to enjoy the view, VR drone veiws, interactive displays, an outdoor level, and the famous rotation cloud nine level. Definitely a must to visit.

Very fancy place. The wait staff is very professional and accommodating. The food selection is fantastic and higher end. Of course the best part is the rotating deck that you dine on that gives you 360 views of dallas every hour. Plan on at least business casual dress and enjoy the evening. I reccomend.

Enjoyed New Year countdown lights in this tower from Trinity Overlook Park with lots of crowds. Fireworks were very nice and this place is worth to cherish at the beginning of the year. Welcome to the wonderful round and tall tower with festive of lights with parking around the streets near the bridge over Trinity Overlook Park.

Expensive and just so boring. I was with a group and we all came away with the same impression. Keep your money in your pocket and instead go do something else like watching paint dry, it would be far more enjoyable

Awesome view and fun for all. Price is reasonable. They have marks on the grown to follow all the way to the building from the back parking lot. The back entrance is kind of lonely and doesn't look like much but it does lead you to the tower. You pay a reasonable price, they have a bag checkpoint (which is good these days) and the wait to go up is really short. The elevator goes fast 7 floors per second but you can't feel it at all. Is not scary at all. The elevator has a glass wall were you can see everything going up. It was just beautiful. You can see the Hyatt and the city as you go up. There is a big platform indoors for those who are scared of heights and an outdoor platform where you can feel the strong wind and have better look. Is not bad at all. Then there is another floor you can go up by going up a set of stairs and the platforms rotates, it takes 30 minutes to go arround, there is a little shop where you can get something to munch on while you sit and slowly move. We loved it, awesome view as you rest from all the walking. There is a giftshop on your way out. Definately a must do if you are visiting.

Place was pretty cool. Food and stuff at the top is priced high, but it's to be expected. It was cool being up there while it rained, the computer system inside the geodeck is also pretty cool.

The last experience was great as it has always been. Only this time, we had gone with a toddler and even she loved the place. Everything from making a reservation, to picking up the car from the valet was smooth. Our server Gabriel was very knowledgeable and professional. The food was great. We had the red snapper, crispy quail, dumplings, shrimp rolls and a couple of other things that I don't remember the name of. Everybody should try their souffle for desert. I would return to this place may be a couple of times every year.
