I don't want to report badly about the store in ge...

I don't want to report badly about the store in general because I've never experienced a problem with other staff, but this elderly Hispanic man who works there. I have issue with him. He gave me issues with getting a copy of my livescan application. He argued with me practically telling me "what do you want me to do? You lost it" and all I was asking of him was to recieve a copy. Second, when I got my fingerprints taken, my pinkys were marked with an "X" and I addressed my concern about possibly being denied, he told me it was fine. And 3 months later I was denied because of this! Now my application for nursing is going to be delayed because of him and I made an effort to get everything done in advance! I am so pissed. Now I have to go back and ask for it to be done again free of charge, I'm not paying for his error

Horrible customer! Specializing in passport photos passport photo came out too dark refused to refund the money until I got a letter from the Apple Valley Civic Center, stating that it was too dark. They gave me the run around for approximately two days I will never go back there. If anyone needs a passport photo taken Walmart does an excellent job so does Costco for approximately $5 less.

Waited in line 10 mins young man look at me walked away to help owner put up rack didn't acknowledge me or anyone else for that matter other lady walk in get help I pointed out the fact that I was next goes off at me owner goes off don't have serve u kid mumble what happened to the customer always right not these days that right u don't have to serve me because u won't get a chance to u just lost me a customer keep losing customer u lose ur business Will pass it on to all that u the owner is rude just like her employees

Been to this location many times, but this is the last. Can't drop of mail even though they have mailboxes for rent. And they ARE NOT A FULL SERVICE CENTER. You can ship using a UPS account number. Ridiculous whats the point. I miss full service postal centers.

I called to inform them that I was expecting a pac...

I called to inform them that I was expecting a package but I don't have a mail box number. They said it was ok and that they'd keep a look out for it and call me when it arrives. A few days go by, I check the status using the tracking number and it turns out they refused it and sent it back sender.

I'm sure it was an honest mistake and hope it doesn't happen again.

I used to like this location, but I went in and they want to charge $2.25 just to print a return label. And an additional $1.00 just to tape the label on the box! Other UPS stores I have gone to do not do that!

Was just there waiting for about 20 minutes to get a live scan, very impatient lady medium weight with dark hair helped me out but she was rude with elderly people as well.. Regardless, waited in line telling her I'm there for a live scan and she says okay we're your application, so I pull up an email and she said yeah that one so I ask her what I do with it and she laughs (sorry I was unaware I was the only one who hadn't done this before) so I left. I'm almost sure she could've offered a desktop for me to print out one sheet of paper which I would've gladly paid for.

Never ship large items from this store! Go to the one in Phelan it'll be a $150 difference. (Sep 10 19) what a coincidence my package is now missing says: UPS personnel...... Will you do a price-match if I show you the receipts?

Lady wanted to charge me $42. for one box. I told her that the price was not correct but she insisted it was. I wonder if she would pay $100 for a roasted chicken at the grocery store? I wasted a trip for a box. They tried to tell me I couldn't ship a moving box. I have been shipping moving boxes for 40 years.

We've ALWAYS been treated well at this store. The folks running the store do not make-up the rules as they go along. We've never had anything get lost, I'm surprised to see a negative. The employees work really hard and have ALWAYS been courteous. There are those customers who walk in the front door and they have a big black cloud over their heads. One, most likely, they put it there. It's better to face life with a positive attitude and most like it'll be contageous. Oh, which reminds, I've got about 4 packages I need to ship today. They close at 5pm, cool.

I have been a box owner and customer for 3+ years....

I have been a box owner and customer for 3+ years. I can not understand the negative and the sub5 star ratings for this place. I have NEVER had a negative experience in this location. Everyone is greeted, treated with respect and as family. If Google allowed it, I would give them 100 stars. Thank you for the great service and for an excellent staff!

We went to return our charter equipment through UP...

We went to return our charter equipment through UPS as instructed. My husband waited in a line that went out the door only to find out that the service couldn't be provided that day because the system was down. It's 105 degrees, they couldn't have put a sign up or said something when they saw the charter equipment in his hand? Terrible service!
