Ramada Renaissance Hotel Hong Kong Review

I have been living for a while, and I am very close to Wan Chai Ferry Pier.

The quality of food was good and our party enjoyed a variety of seafood, hot dishes...
The salad bar was lacking a little, service in general was great. It is time to improve the decor... Look dated!

The elevator is difficult to wait, and it often fails.

luxury, good view and good for ppl who goes to exhibition hall. a little far from subway station.

Good views of the harbour from the pool area. Stayed here for a conference.

This is a nice hotel, and the washroom is next to the road nearby to Hong Kong Conversation and Exhibition Center. The lobby is acceptable.

The level of the hotel is 5 and the service is excellent. Breakfast is beyond any praise. R, restaurants are not ashamed to hold any meeting. Best location in Hong Kong. Within walking distance of everything: Pier, metro, tram, buses, supermarket, cafes, restaurants, shopping streets, etc.

Very luxurious but very expensive is an impressive hotel with very good views and just above the Exhibition and Congress Palace of Hong Kong

Newly opened hotel with big rooms rarely seen in HK. Staffs are very helpful and welcoming too

Long-legged crab, frozen shrimp, jade snail, fresh lobster, raw oysters are too thin, mouth-feeling, other foods are not too much, waiters are courteous, frequent dishes and drinks

Great Hotel in central Hong Kong. Spacious rooms, functionally furnished. The service is adapted to the standards of the category. The Coffee Bar located in the lobby is stocked with excellent international beverage products, and the Chinese restaurant deserves a mention for the quality of the cuisine. Recommended!

Great hotel location for the close proximity to Wanchai

This hotel was amazing! The services for a platinum member were spot on. Having forgotten a power adapter, I was pleased to get a free one as a gift upon arrival. The upgrade to a harbor view room ensured I had lovely views of Hong Kong during the entire stay.

The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable.

While there, I was able to walk to many parts of Central in about 30 mins, and (circumventing construction) run to the running path by the water (which looks like it is currently being expanded).

Breakfast in the lounge was great and there were expansive views of the city and bay. Would definitely stay here again. Strongly recommend!

High end HOTEL with. Direct. Access to to. The convention center and ferry

Quiet and convenient as it is close to the HKCEC and Wanchai.

Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel is one of the best hotel available adjacent to the Hong Kong Convention and exhibition centre

Excellent business hotel with good amenities, fast Internet connection and great view of the harbour (dependent on your room). It's about 10 minutes walk through a sheltered overhead walkway to Wan Chai MTR Station, but eventually it will have a Convention centre station once the construction completes. Downside that it's very pricey including the food items in the room.

I stay here every time I m in Hong Kong. It s conveniently located, has a great view of Victoria Harbour, an amazing breakfast buffet, really nice rooms, beautiful pool, nice gym, very good club lounge and friendly staff.

The beautiful sprinkling shop on the mountain, the room on the 4th floor is simple and spacious, and there is a pink cherry tree outside the living room window.

It is located in a place which is within walking distance of ferry and MTR. The price is expensive compared with the room, but the view is nice.

The suite at the club level offers a 180 degree Victoria Harbour view.
The room is huge, perfect for a party to be held.
You can find all amenities u need here, very thoughtful and handy.
Love their shower gel and shampoo smell.
Excellent service at great price.

Hotel service is not bad, it is the choice of staycation

There is no paper towel in the bathroom. The attic floor is short and the environment is not very good.

There are too many people, a lot of seafood, the sashimi will soon be swept away. The supply of cheese lobster is also very slow, and because of too many guests, the servant's receipt in the period 1900-1930 is very slow. The price is cheaper than other five-star hotel buffets, and three people just booked Monday through the app for just 1500.

Check in process was a huge mess and waited hours for a room. Not very satisfied.

A really nice and comfortable hotel for business trips

Very nicely decorated room albeit on the small to medium side. Hotel is right next to the convention centre and very convenient. Best part about this hotel is the excellent and helpful service staffs!

Great views from pleasant rooms. Feels a little corporate. Exec lounge sometimes can't cope with the demand.

ZERO STARS for the reception staff of the Renaissance Harbour View Hotel: Take note, the hotel has a members only check in and out counter with no one manning it. They 'CHOOSE' who they like to serve, everybody else can wait it out or die waiting, (haha) IF YOU CATCH MY DRIFT. So, okay I understand the staff are stuck in the colonial period of the 1950s. So , do first impressions count? Like hell, they do! They should install computer check ins and outs...would be so much more friendlier!
5 STARS FOR THE BELLBOYS OUTSIDE THE HOTEL: Now, these guys don't care who you are, they are helpful and real people. They will be translators, loaders and offer advice and you know what, have no expectations. They stand in the cold wind with warm smiles that warm the heart and help you to forget the crappy reception staff inside the hotel.

Amazing new hotel... A bit pricy especially during the holidays but worth it, if you've got lounge access and on the club lounge floors.
Excellent breakfast and snacks in the lounge. Only downside is the size of the lounge considering the number of guests. Watch out for a full lounge if you go late for breakfast or evening hors d'oeuvres. Great sea view from the lounge though.
