Service is friendly and location is good, but the rooms are dated and not as well kept as I would like. I found the price a bit high for my taste, but to be fair this was durring the summer in London which is just an expensive time to visit. The internet was fast and free. Breakfast is a pretty standard British breakfast buffet. The rooms have AC which was a blessing since there was a heat wave durring my visit. Overall an OK hotel if you get it at a good deal.

The MOST Dangerous stay experience! Don't stay! Ja...

The MOST Dangerous stay experience! Don't stay! Japanese is below
I'm writing here to want people to prevent the same accidents as Google local guide.
We stayed 2 nights, but my properties were stolen while sleeping.
The auto-locked door was certainly locked but somebody broke into our room by card-key and took my lap-top, phone and card-key near the door ...
The criminal is who can access the card-key.
I reported the front and police, but especially the front was not cooperative and they insisted we might not lock the door (this never happens because it's auto-locked)
and they never considered it had been done by the inside crime.
The front said he reported to the boss but I reviewed this on IHG, the boss emailed me the reason of the low rating as if he had not been reported anything from the front.
I'm the long-term IHG member but this is the first and worst hotel experience.
The only one good thing is that I was not killed while sleeping and can write this.

As a local guide for Google, I've written it here so that no one will meet the same eyes again.
I stayed here for two nights in December 2018, and while I was sleeping, someone entered the room and stole my computer and cell phone, as well as the card key I had inserted near the door. When I woke up, the key to the door was that the lock popped out and was caught and opened.
In the auto-locked room, I was scared before going to bed, so I opened the key while I was sleeping even though I checked if it was locked.
Logically, the culprit is someone inside someone who can unlock it.
I went to the front desk immediately, but it may be that we forgot to lock it (an impossible claim even though it is an auto-locking room).
I wasn't trying to consider any internal crimes.
I asked the police to come and submitted a police report.
The front desk told me to report to my boss, but after sending the evaluation to IHG, the boss sent me an email confirming the reason for the evaluation, and it seemed that I hadn't heard anything from the front desk.
I have been a member of IHG for many years, but this is my first experience. ..
The only salvation is that I wasn't killed while I was sleeping.
The hotel has no surveillance cameras in the corridors and anyone can take the elevator, but the nearby Regent's park has both Holiday Inns.
The location is good here, but you should never stay here.

A small hotel, smelly and unpleasant in the corridors of the hotel. I got a room at the end of the corridor as if it did not exist, the room was with outdated furniture, a very small bathroom, next to it the toilet, there was no bath only a shower. There were no soaps, only one soap with which they were divided and overlapped. During the night there were smoke detectors that woke me in fear. And Wafii was not in the hotel properly. In short, an unpleasant experience.
What I loved was a drink machine and food in the lobby, at great prices, the location was great.

I have had the misfortune of being temporarily allocated to this hotel upon moving to London and it has been quite a trauma. Claustrophobic rooms, awful service and absolutely sad breakfast made me resist just the time to find a new accommodation..

The room and bathroom were very small. It was so small that when I forgot something in the shower, I just stuck one hand out and never had to leave the shower. Things were overly complicated. First, I could not figure out how to turn on the air conditioner. Apparently, there is a button that you must click three times until it shows a raindrop. Yeah, because that makes sense.....Then, I could not figure out how to turn on the shower. I moved the faucets and clicked the two buttons. Nothing worked. You have to click the button and turn the faucet at the same time. The high speed internet was great, and it was located near some tube stations and good places to eat (Beyond Bread, The Good Life Eatery). The staff were very friendly, answered all of my questions, and my dry cleaning was completed in less than 8 hours on Easter Sunday. If I was traveling for business, I would stay again, but I would probably look for somewhere with more space if I was staying for leisure.

Great location to Bond Street station and Oxford Circus. Hotel itself is a little dated. Friendly and accommodating staff. Mini gym is awful. 1 treadmill (out of action), 1 cross trainer, 1 bike. That's your lot. Rooms are dated but reasonably sized given location. Hotel has a bar and restaurant and serves breakfast (not sure about other meals). Hotel is great for location but not for luxury and where one would spend a lot of time.

Good location. Our family room was a good size and beds were clean and lovely. All other furnishings were dated and a bit grubby. The bathroom was clean but dated. Rubbish shower! The corridors and doors to rooms are what you'd expect to More

The website and pictures definitely implied this place is nicer than it was. Very disappointed as I came here for a client meeting. Holiday Inns around Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire are much nicer and of a much higher standard. Staff were lovely however furniture was shabby, setting was dark and gloomy and there was a very, very loud gathering of sports fans that it was impossible to talk over.

As a IHG member booked my daughter a 3 night stay here as my experiences in IHG hotels have been usually good. She had an awful stay with lumpy bed, noisy hotel and unhelpful staff. The Manager of Hotel was supposed to call her to discuss various issues but did not bother. That says it all really, if the Manager doesn t care why would the rest? Disappointing!!

Immediately walking in I felt a nice, warm presence and was greeted with a kind and generous customer welcome. The hotel itself felt well looked after and I didn't have any problems navigating towards my destination thanks to the simple to use navigation tools Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay there for the night or more, setup a conference meeting or anything else

A poor performance for the price. Room on lower Ibis level, staff not very friendly, breakfast not really good. TV remote control was not repaired despite recognizable malfunction. Rooms are noisy.

The room was nice. We had 2 single beds. The breakfast was good. Had warm food, typical English breakfast buffet.. The hallway smelled very old, smelled like old cigarettes, but the hotel was overall good. Very close to the metro and Oxford Street if you like to shop.

Great location but that's the only positive I can say about this hotel. I was traveling for business with 2 other people and we all had at least one issue we had to report to the front desk. When I tried calling the front desk to report an issue with my AC I learned the phone in my room didn't work either. Some of the staff were fantastic, others were not. We all switched hotels for the second half of our trip. I ended up at the Radisson Blu nearby which was fantastic.

Good hotel, very friendly service, tasty and adequate breakfast. Rooms clean, surfaces smudged with something but no harm, daily cleaning. Rooms with air conditioning big +! Bathtub :) The only minus is the evening sounds from the hallway and the neighbor's room, otherwise calm. And location right at the TOP !!

Rooms very tired. Bathrooms old and could be cleaner. Beds are really hard but the pillows are very comfortable and the bed linen is clean. The redeeming feature is the staff who are very pleasant and helpful, housekeeping who do their best in old dilapidated rooms and the location.

This place was cute... but left alot to be desired. The bathtub wood was rotting and it was very dusslty and areas that clearly could have been wiped down we not.
The hotel staff was very kinda and accommodating but that's kinda the only good part. It's in a great part of the city, right by the oxford st so super close to great shopping.

Probably the worst IHG hotel in which I've stayed. Here are a list of issues: room was not ready when I arrived after 3 pm, air conditioner was very weak and noisy throughout my 8 day stay and despite repeated asks of the staff, no attempts were made to fix. By the last night, the air conditioning unit showed an error and the staffs resolution was to give me a loud fan. A friend wanted to crash for one night and despite requesting a rollaway bed the night before and next day, it was not delivered until asked again the next night. Also, I was told by the front desk several times that my friend just needed to give them my name and room number and they would give him a key on arrival. This did not happen either. Finally, the room interior was dated, the bathroom smelled funky, and in 8 days, I didn't get any new soap. The only redeeming qualities were that the location was great, and the front desk staff when I checked out was surprised at the issues, removed the one night charge for the rollaway bed, and took down notes of these issues.

It's somewhere nice if you spend all day out of your room basically. It's December and it's cold outside. The radiator doesn't work and neither does the ac so we leave the window open to keep the room cool at night. It's not so great. Rm. 494

Food was nice but poorly labeled. The banquet prepared for us was ample but staff wouldn't let us fully utilise the budget for our even when everyone left by letting us take food and drinks away.

The corridors are insanely narrow and there are heavy fire doors everywhere that make it really difficult to get to your room if you have many bags.

The Wi-Fi was *really* expensive. It was supposed to be free for club members but their own staff didn't know how to even set that up so we had to pay.

Check-in wasn't too pleasant since the counter was really tiny and the receptionists quite stressed.

The room was quite nice (except for some creepy photos on the wall) and bed was great, so it was an OK stay over all.

Bathtub was insanely tiny. Don't expect to have a romantic bath for two.

Not the best experience from an Holiday Inn. Bad room noise isolation. Kept awake till 2am by noisy family in next room. Phone was not working so could not call reception to sort the issue.
Great staff at reception though as they changed me to a better room the next day!
