Amazing! I m completely thrilled with the final product. The entire team at Retro Active Arcade were fantastic to work with from start to finish.

I really don t want to say anything bad about this company because they really do a awesome job on their arcades, all I can say is that I was very disappointed in how my situation was handled.
I went to the store to check out the machines they had in the showroom to see what I would like in my machine.. I was very impressed.
I decided to purchase my arcade on their online website where you can build your own arcade.. I spent about 40 minutes trying to build something working around my budget..
After making my order I was given a total including GST and I payed that amount on visa and placed my order. After 2 days I received a phone call from one of the staff members and he told me that the amount I paid was wrong due to a glitch in the online system at the time of my purchase and they wanted 500$ more before starting my arcade. I asked to speak to Casey who also told me that the price I got and paid online was wrong and he can t build my machine for that price I paid online..
Casey was not willing to honor the prices I got from the online build.. I had to ask for a refund because I couldn t pay anymore and then Casey became rude. I am disappointed that they didn t honor the price given to me from the online purchase any other store or company would have..
I told Casey I was really excited to get one of his machines to do a YouTube video for him on my channel and he didn t even care.
I ended up getting my refund and will be looking for a arcade somewhere else, this was not handled very well in my opinion..

The consoles built by Retro Active Arcade have been on my radar for nearly 2 years. I first had the chance to visit the store in late 2018, and it took me just over a year to commit. I sure am glad I did. I first selected the 2 Player Brute, then changed to the 4 Player Monster. I can't think of anything better than sharing and playing games with family and friends. The support I received from Jaclyne and Casey (and Joe in the beginning) was terrific. Casey assisted with picking out the decals to outfit the machine, and I was not disappointed. When I picked up the machine, Casey gave us a quick tour of the manufacturing facility - it was great to see where it's all put together. I've had the console for a couple of months now, and it has been so fun; and brings back so many great memories of playing games on a real Stand-Up Unit. My friends who have seen it, are equally impressed - Casey and his team have knocked it out of the park. Thanks again for everything!

The best customer service, helped with my problem great YouTube videos to help understand arcade games parts etc. Just wanted to thank Retro Active Arcade personality for help finding the right parts I needed. Customer for life we need more honest, knowledgeable companies like you thanks again GAME ON !!!!

They are a great resource. Very helpful, fast shipping, and even without phone support they responded almost instantly to an ordering mixup (my fault not theirs) that occurred via Email.

I'm a new arcade builder, and my experiences with Retro Active have been fantastic. Whether I need an answer about a certain part and it's compatibility with my builds, or a issue I have with an order I've placed, Retro Active is quick to respond, answer my questions, and fix what needs fixing.

Bought from Retro Active Arcade a number of times because they are a Canadian company and I was disappointed every time. Paid extra to have things couriered so it would be dropped off at my house, they sent it via Canada post and I had to pick it up (no refund on the extra payment). Bought a cocktail table, the delivery company they used was horrible and within a month I had to rewire some of the buttons. Also bought a cabinet kit, it came with the wrong marquee and took 6 weeks to get the replacement. If you're doing your own DIY build, there are much better and cheaper kits from US companies.... and shipping from the US is 1/3 the cost.

Casey and Rob are extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about what they do - they took hours of their time to talk with me about their products and process before I even ordered. The custom cabinet I received was in perfect working condition, and the guys in the warehouse took the time to help me properly secure the cabinet for transportation. Amazing experience, would recommend to anyone who wants a cabinet of their own. Lucky to have these guys right here in the city! Thanks!

Purchased a Pandora's Box 6 Arcade System, very pleased with my purchase decision. Staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and responded to queries very quickly. Their YouTube videos and reviews were candid and unbiased assisting in my purchase decision.

Just purchased an Orgin Custom Arcade. Great experience. Jaclyne was very knowledgeable and helped us design what we wanted. We paid for the machine, and were told 4 to 6 weeks for completion. It was actually ready in just under 4 weeks. The machine looks great and works perfectly. We also met Casey, owner and builder of our machine, he was great to deal with and is passionate about his work. We would highly recommend purchasing from Retro Active Arcade if you're in the market for an Arcade machine.
