Michelin and Samsung's delicious restaurant, but if you order a whole set of meals, Shufulei will be too full! Dessert Shuflei is recommended, and the rest can order some other salty food to eat.

Oh my, the best place for souffles! The chocolate dessert one is a definite must have! Creamed chicken was good too. Fine dining atmosphere, but they served us though we were in shorts for lunch. Very delicate and so delish!

The restaurant is located near the place Vendome. Elegant and very small in size. Definitely the proposed cuisine.

Attentive and refined service, not too pretentious.
The price is in line with the Parisian premises and is spent, roughly, around fifty euros each.
Try it once if you love this type of dish.
I do not think of going back there, not because I did not feel well, but because I do not believe that the expense incurred is proportionate to the type of products.
I highly recommend booking.

First of all, this was a little confusing.

First of all, this was a little confusing.
The place seemed closed, from the outside. As all the window blind were down, door close and you couldn't get the feeling that someone was actually inside. Also, no schedule was available outside, to make us aware of the opening hours.
At one moment, we just saw some people walk in an then realized the place is open for business.
The restaurant is small in size, but cozy enough. It's perfect for a small party. Max. 4 people. A large party will never find enough seats there.
The staff was friendly, spoke English, was kind and helpful.
The menu, is pricey for my taste. You can order the menu, but it seemed like a waste, cause the 1st course and the 2nd course both contained a souffle. Which to me is a bit much for a regular person. Maybe a souffle enthusiast would like having two of them in one meal. But not me.
The desert was delicious and also the wine was perfect.
Overall was a good experience, but as it's not my cup of tea to spend 50 on a lunch, it may probably be a once in a lifetime experience.
Unless I want to show of to a friend that is crazy about souffle. Cause then I would take him to this place, as the souffle was really good.

Made reservations about three weeks ahead. They were on top of it. We walked in and they were expecting us. Service was friendly and for what we got, the prices were fair. We were done with our lunch in an hour. Souffles were what we expected them to be, delicious and traditional. Good standard to use as a measure for good souffles.

Perfect. Period. Staff was amazing every time we ate there. The standards are just great. The more recent additions like the Haddock and Artichoke and the Pear and Bleu Cheese were gourmet fabulous. The boeff bourguignon is in the words of my wife "to die for". Full selection of the French standards for those who might want to vary a souffle routine...but I have no idea why? The chocolate desert souffle's bring a tear to your eye they are so amazing. Great wine list and cocktail menu. If you don't eat here at least during your visit to town, you have blown it big time. We only wish we lived less than thousands of miles away. Make a reservation; they fill up quick here.

Best meal we had in Paris in the last 2 trips there. Can't wait for a third if there is one.

I have eaten here perhaps ten times in the past 17 years -- at least once each trip to Paris -- and have always had wonderful meals. For good or bad, they now have at least one waiter who speaks English; the first time I went, I would have missed out on dessert if another diner had not asked, "Sprechen sie Deutsch?" and translated the questions into my bad but functional German. So if the waiter is gesturing frantically when you order and keeps mentioning the name of the restaurant ("Le Souffle! Le Souffle!"), he is simply asking you if you want a souffle for dessert, because you have to order it up front -- and you will miss the treat of a lifetime if you do not go for it!

This place was so amazing! Very traditional French food. We ended up going back twice during the week we were in Paris. Be sure to make reservations because it is a very popular place. No surprise why!

Good puffs, nice portions, original menu, nice place although the tables are too close to each other.
This restaurant seems to be frequented by many Americans and Great Britons. Good, but the sound volume of the room suffers.

Absolute delight in a touristy part of Paris. After visiting the Louvre, we had the souffle tasting menu for $37 combined with another dish $25. The chocolate one was spectacular, but everything here is delicious. Worth a visit, even if just for tea. An added bonus is that they are open for lunch until 4:15pm.

A traditional and essential place of Paris.
Bellows entrees, dishes and desserts, an imagination overflowing.
Parisian decor a cramped, so it will be necessary to reserve to taste its famous bellows. Because if you have not booked the reception will be accordingly.

Souffle, souffle, souffle! Three-course meal composed just of souffles with different fillings. You'd think that might be too much but it is not - mainly because they are perfectly executed, light and spongy with just enough filling. Professional and friendly service.

Incredibly rude staff and poor decor. With a half empty front room the waiter lies that he only has tables open in the poorly-lit back room. I left the restaurant while a second waiter offered a new table. I will definitely not try their services in the future.

Whether it is salty or sweet, Souffle is very tasty. The atmosphere is very good. There are English signs on the menu. The waiter can also communicate in English.
We enjoyed a delicious lunch

Great souffle! Love the service. They do a fixed lunch which includes a salad, main course souffle, and a dessert souffle for 27 euros. I had the chicken and mushroom souffle and rum raisin souffle. The souffle is perfectly cooked.
