Dropped in without reservations and were happily accommodated even though it was busy. My wife really enjoyed the whole experience which was my goal of course. Even though I'm not a souffle guy, I was able to get by. It's quite casual which helped. I'd certainly recommend it to others.

I highly recommend this small, typical and warm restaurant in which their specialty is the souffle. The food is delicious and the attention excellent. It's always full and that's why it's a good idea to book so you do not miss the opportunity to get to know it.

Onion soup was served toooo cold!!
The sole fish was uncooked !!

I think the restaurant is overrated , I wouldn't recommend it at all to anyone especially for foreigners ....

I cook my own souffles at home... So I can recognize good ones. These don't taste so good (I think they're too floppy). Souffle is a simple recipe that you can do yourself at home (same ingredients as pancakes), you don't need to go to the restaurant for that... And my gosh, the bill is expensive !! A restaurant for tourists, but not for "gourmets".

I loved it!!! I did not know the concept but it was recommended to us by a friend. The place is small and reservations are essential, the salty and sweet souffles are very good! In my case, I ordered the meat souffle and for dessert a great marnier souffle. From the start some escargots. All very good and highly recommended to know the place.
It is one block from the Louvre and Place de la Concorde. Also in the nearby streets there are many boutiques.

Chocolate souffle was good. Good experience but wasn't mind blowing.

Loved it, especially the souffle. Also great bread and good portion sizes, along with good execution of their dishes.

My friend, said "Don't leave Paris without eating at Le Souffle". We wondered what the big deal was... Well on our penultimate day of the trip, we reserved our dinner there. We ate three whole souffles.... One as starter, one for main course and for dessert. It was a fabulous meal. The souffles were really perfect and amazing. The wine was really nice and went very well with the main dish. I selected the "Le Souffle feast" and recommend it highly. The restaurant left us a very good first impression. Definitely worth a second visit for me.

Great souffle choices... people mainly come for dessert but we had their pre-fix meals. Salad with a goat cheese souffle, beef bouganais, grand marjinai for dessert....all for $37 euros. Have to say a bit rich and made my whole party done with souffle with the main course. Tough to finish dessert as we were all rolling out of this joint....lol

This restaurant should be marked in the dictionary just after the word "disappointment". Where to start so much was a bad time in this restaurant. In this establishment which says itself of high standing, the decoration is old, to do again. The floor was dirty. The server was not clean on him. Stains on his uniform dirty bracelets etc.
Then the bread. It's industrial bread. Given the price and the standard we could have expected a good bread, see homemade bread. But no they give us disgusting industrial bread.
For the bellows. The base of the restaurant is to make nice bellows good. This is the basis of the restaurant's cuisine. Make bellows. They manage to miss it in cooking. We had several bellows not cooked enough so not good. One of our group had not taken a starter and had only a bellows for a dish. She was served 10 minutes after us while she ate only that. Service and order management are a disaster.
To continue the desserts. If you decide to taste the great French cuisine with these many alcohol-based desserts made in excellence, you are not in the right restaurant. The bottle of alcohol is placed next to you. Which seems generous. But the problem is that the alcohol is cut in the water. Yes the bottles of Cointreau, rums, armagnacs with water. C'est dommage !
To finish the prices are exorbitant, 39 to 45 per evening menu. I would have understood if everything was impeccable but it was a disaster.
So if you want a great French restaurant that represents our country, do not go to this one.

Looks from the outside rather inconspicuous, but the visit is an experience. The food is excellent, the staff throughout friendly and accommodating. The lunch menu for 29 can be described as a real bargain and could be significantly more expensive at the meal. On my next trip to Paris, I will definitely come back.

I thought the souffle was just a sweet dessert.
I found out for the first time that there are soup for soup and souffle for dessert.

Lunch for lunch at 29 euros per person 1) Salad 2) Souvenir for dinner or today's dish 3) Dessert Souffle 4) Wine or a bottle of water 5) A cup of coffee, but the composition of the menu is okay

Two adult children One elementary school child I came to this and ordered two lunch menus, but it is suitable for transfer (you do not mind me, but you are kind enough to set your child to eat kindly).

The price range is not cheap, but it seems to be a restaurant to experience once.

The concept is brilliant!!! We made a reservation for the lunch time. They have a lunch menu which has a pretty good price(28 euro) and includes a main corse, dessert and drinks. I have to say that everything was delicious from the baggete to the masterd.

I love this restaurant. It makes you feel that you are in Paris but instead of being a tourist trap it is an elegant restaurant with high culinary standards. The Henri IV and Pistachio Chocolate are not to be missed!

I had it with smoked salmon and I must say it is really good!
I also tasted that ham & cheese .... Yummy.
We didn't take the dessert, but at the nearby table they delivered one to the Grand Marnier ... And they left the bottle there so that everyone could add it to arrive at the ideal quantity.
The restaurant is clean, cute and very characteristic.
It's not exactly cheap, but neither is it exorbitant!

They said what you sit down and don't even take anything to travel because I don't have a reservation in advance, so pay attention to the restaurant and the coffee.

These guys serve savoury and sweet souffles! So, it's a must to visit if you love souffle. They do other dishes as well, but the name of the restaurant indicates what their specialty is, and if you love souffle then it is worth the visit to try some delicious souffle whilst you are in the home of souffle....

My friend and I were in Paris and decided to spend our last night having an authentic French cuisine experience. I struggled making a booking online via their mobile site as I am an English speaker. I took to their Facebook page, sent them a message and Voila! I had a reservation for 2. I was impressed with the communication from that standpoint.
I would highly recommend making a reservation as it is a small restaurant so, make a booking ahead of time.
We arrived at the restaurant which was quaint and had cool old style French decor. I did feel the ambiance was a little stiff though. As South Africans we are used to having music playing in the background, so perhaps this is what made it feel stiff and quiet to us?
The service was impeccable. We were treated well. We noticed that we dined with mostly Australians and Americans.
We had the French Onion Soup, the Taragon Chicken and a Chocolate Souffle for dessert. The Chocolate Souffle stole the show for me personally. The remainder of the meal was okay to me. It was flavourful, but ultimately quite simple and homely. (I chalk my high culinary standards up to being spoilt for choice in SA, as I have dined at some of the finest SA has to offer).
For the price we paid (55 Euro each), I feel the experience was rather average, but again, South Africans are spoilt for choice as we get great value for our money back home.
I would recommend this for anyone looking to experience a delectable Souffle, however, I dont think I would go back for a full 3 course meal unfortunately.

If you don't love a souffle, no worries, they've good other food that's great as well. I over souffled myself the first time. They were all fantastic. But it was a bit too much for me. Second time around I got the duck - it was great. And an apple souffle at the end both times was a perfect ending. Definite recommendation.

Absolutely 5 stars! Great! Not huge but welcoming place, super nice and helpful staff. Recommended deguatation menu (appetizer, dish, dessert) at 37 but you definitely come out sazzi. All based on souffles (for all tastes)

A truly wonderful meal, three different souffles, each delicious. Excellent and friendly service. Definitely need to book an advance. The beef bourguignon was favorite, the light flavour of the souffle combined with the rich sauce of the beef.

One of the best dining experiences ever, and I went there not liking souffle! Seriously good and seriously fun place to dine. Plus you look like a Parisian expert finding this gem hidden off the more popular boulevards.
