Unfortunately not so good.

Unfortunately not so good.
Souffles are like soft construction foam with a rubbery surface.
The restaurant is not very nice - plastic flowers on the table.
The food is moderately spiced too little.
The wine was good.

Too bad :(

A restaurant based on souffle recipes. There are dozens of souffle dishes there - savory and sweet, vegetarian and with meat, filled with alcohol or alcohol free. This is an experience anyone should treat themselves to at least once.

We feasted from start to finish, both puffs and traditional dishes. Salty and sweet are exquisite. Special mention for their excellent champagne

Tasting menu is good value for money. Souffle well served and very tasty. The roquefort with pear was great, they didn't skimp on the roquefort. For dessert both pistachio and chocolate were excellent. Worth the visit.

You want to come to this restaurant. A small quaint place near place Vendome. We came by about 8 on a Wednesday and they were able to get us a seat without having a reservation (wouldn't recommend this as they seemed to get quite busy and we were here slow season. Victor was our server and he was amazing. He explained everyone well and made great recommendations. I wish we had a bigger appetite this day because we were stuffed and we should have finished so much more of our food. I highly recommend this place

Good value menu with 3 soufflees, for starter, main dish and dessert for 37 euros. The spinach souffle was served with a green salad as a starter, very good. After boeuf bourgignon souffle, and chocolate to finish. The souffles that came with side sauces, like the beef and the chicken were the best. One person from our party had the foie gras soufflee and it tasted a bit bland. Good place for a quick lunch.

The food and atmosphere are great! The service is very friendly, can be communicated in English, and the menu is also available in English. The main dish duck and apricot-flavored Soufe is also great! However, the space inside the store is relatively small, which is the only place in the United States.
Nice food, good scene, and friendly service. We really love this restaurant!

Delicious! We were at lunch, there is something like a business lunch for 29 (salad, souffle or dish of the day, sweet souffle, tea / coffee).
The only dessert we have been waiting for a very long time.

We were there last year and are planning another trip to Paris in September, with the anticipation of being able to dine here again. The food was creative and amazing. Mostly souffle items, hence the name. You will not be disappointed. Pricing was fair and the quaint ambience was a nice compliment.

Reservations are highly recommended. Souffles, both sweet and savory were absolutely delicious. One savory and one sweet souffle is a challenge for one person to finish, since these are quite heavy. Would definitely visit again.

Excellent food and service!!! The chicken and mushroom souffle was great! We also had the apple souffle with brandy sauce. It was great too! Make reservations because this restaurant is popular!

A great restaurant, the breaths are delicious and the staff charming, the tiny room, only inconvenient, it is closed on Sunday. my favorite: the blast to the grand marnier to finish the meal then take the direction of the Jardin des Tuileries to settle quietly!

I really wanted to like this place, but had a very bad experience with the service and food. 1) A friend was still eating her main course and the waiter already brings our dessert. When we asked about it, they responded rudely. 2) a friend started feeling very nauseous an hour or two after the meal, and didn t feel better until she threw up all the food from dinner - food poisoning much?

Yes I m sure sometimes the service and food are fine, but With so many good restaurants in Paris, it s not worth risking a bad experience here on your holidays!

This place is amazing! Big props to the chef! They have a wide selection on their menu and the food is great! The service was outstanding. We didn't have a reservation but they tried there best to seat us and we got lucky which was nice. I'd recommend everyone to try this place. You won't be disappointed.

Went here was closed for most of August for holiday.

Why don't they have the decency to update their website and Google listing of this to avoid inconvenience to people going there.

Update: thank you for your reply. However, on both your website and this Google listing doesn't show anything of your closed for Aug holiday.

This place is a tourist trap, when we looked in the window it was mostly American tourists with shopping bags, locals do not frequent here and is just a social media magnet for tourists who don t know any better. The French man at the door was incredibly rude and arrogant and would not seat us one hour before closing, he also cursed in French at me in front of my 4 year old daughter, stay away from this high priced tourist magnet.

UPDATE!!! UPDATE!!! UPDATE!!!
The response from this snobby employee is quite astounding, his rambling filibuster which is completely untrue just shows the desperation an establishment like this will go to keep the hordes of tourists happy and indeed does take the prize for the most Disgruntled Response Award, therefore I ll expand on my preview pithy review.

Yes, this is a tourist restaurant. There is always a line outside mostly of Americans wearing cargo shorts and clutching shopping bags with EOS Rebel cameras wrapped around their necks. And on a weekday at 3pm. You will not see such a sight at an authentic French restaurant frequented by locals. This place is open for lunch late I suppose to cater to the weary glassy eyed tourist who just stepped off a plane with jet lag.

Secondly, almost all the hotels in the area send their patrons to this place, it's a concierge trap and it was explained that they recommend such a place as they think tourists will find it "French", when in fact it's just a square box with tacky estate sale decor and an incredibly rude employee who remains responsible for perpetuating a Parisian "rude" attitude. I know he probably doesn t like his job of catering to foreigners all day but just try to hide your scorn and contempt just an inch, it s embarrassing for your patrons as well who have to witness such an appalling attitude. The reason why he can act that way is because he doesn t need to be nice, he has a revolving door of foreign, social media zombies and can afford to lose some business. You also know this gentleman has issues when he brings up some esoteric analogy about being rejected. There are 1000 s of restaurants in Paris that will open their arms to everyone, with food that puts this place to shame. Save the sappy rejection soliloquy for pillow talk at home, everyone has been turned away from a restaurant for being booked, the difference is the elitist profanity-laced attitude.

Thirdly, the French gentleman at the door completely mischaracterized himself, it's always easy to hide behind a computer and tell untruths about something that happened, thinking the foolish American won't re-visit his review. It's utterly amazing that after visiting France for 38 years, this crass, sarcastic man who cursed and retorted with zingy insulting one liners in front of a four year old is probably the first bad experience at any establishment in France, including restaurants in Tours, Caen, Reims and Nice as well as Michelin rated establishments. Even the Jules Verne restaurant, the sparkling jewel of tourist restaurants, treats people with more respect than this place.

If you want to be treated like foreign garbage in a tourist restaurant, a place the local concierges tell their hotel guests to stay, then stand in line, snap your selfies and Instagram photos and enjoy yourselves. But be very careful of the snobby rude French man at the door. No merci.
