Restaurant "Lamazere" Review

A brasserie to arrive and feel good. To the small 3-course menu one can rely on the wine recommendations of the boss! I would love to come back.

The restaurant is pretty good. Good and very well prepared dishes. It has a good wine list, but somewhat expensive. The value for money of the restaurant is somewhat high. The service is very good and attentive.

We have been coming to the restaurant for a long time and are always enthusiastic about the delicious food and the extraordinarily good wine recommendations!

A nice cozy brasserie. If you want to really eat French, is just right. First class service and delicious French wines. You can leave the car at home as public transport is available. It is important to reserve a table. Bon Appetit

Lamazere is a wonderful, small, French restaurant directly in front of the Charlottenburg train station. What they do, they do it with an ambition and they do it well. The menu changes often, so there is never any chance of getting bored. It is real French cooking, elaborated tastes and textures, beautifully arranged on the dishes. It's not the high, or sometimes even overpriced Haute Cousine fighting for Michelin Stars. It's just high quality, fair priced French cooking. Have been there about a dozen times, never got the slightest blues. The red (yes:red! ) Sancerre wine they serve was a great discovery if you prefer a lighter shade than what Parker style wines have to offer.

Food was not a 5 star kitchen. Restaurant very loud. Real entertainment hardly possible. Operation not always attentive. Is different if the operator is in the store. Not cheap, especially for the area.

Excellent restaurant. Everything is right here: the food, the wines, the service. More is not possible. Prices are good and affordable. The restaurant is not huge either, which I personally like very much.

We had a great 3 course dinner at this french restaurant. The food is well made and both classic and creative at the same time. The service is very attentive.

Three main dishes each to choose from: fish, meat or vegetarian. You can choose any 3 or 4 course menu or order everything individually. The dishes are not only creatively arranged but also extremely tasty. The staff is really charming and friendly

Nice kitchen. Fresh, high quality and above all delicious. Service is very attentive. No problem, if you do not know the French cuisine or language. The food is priced fairly for this top quality. Reservation works great on Internet (Quandoo).

Fantastic French Brasserie. A little bit of Paris in Berlin. Bib Gourmand got it right.

Have been here a number of times, and the food has consistently been great. Presentation is good, ingredients extremely good, and inventiveness with tastes. The chef demonstrates a wide range of cooking techniques, and taste combinations that makes me go back every time.

The menu changes on regular basis and reflects the season's ingredients. The wine menu, although short, is genuinely good.

If you go there, say hi to Regis (owner and manager), and do not hesitate to ask him about anything (wine pairing, cooking, dishes, ingredients) he is always happy and proud to help.

Rarely eaten so well in Berlin. Of course, this has its price and as a Zurich you are only a little confused when a natural wine is recommended. But as the ingredients for the served food is 'tout formidable' in this decidedly familiar establishment!

My goodness. What a quality! Good Friday, of course, fish. The monkfish with asparagus was a treat. The oeufs cocotte are a bank. top wines friendly service and also very important; Friendly prices. 3 course 38 euro and at star level. Complete success.

So, I was here three times so far, and I was never disappinted. The staff is very friendly and very helpful, the menu is great and you get the quality you expect. This is not a place to go every evening, but a place to go from time to time, to have great diner, enjoy your stay, with your family and/or your friends.

We ate a great menu, lovingly and extremely deliciously prepared. In addition excellent wines were served.

Great food for a reasonable price in a typical French atmosphere. Highly Recommended!

We were there again and learned that the kitchen and the service are completely different.
The service was good as always (even if the lady smelled slightly of cigarettes) but the food is unfortunately not what the price is,
My eouff en cocotte would rather be a burned egg with salmon nothing like before and salted.
We ate the sauerkraut pot with roast pork, the meat was totally dry and we didn't want dessert at the end ... unfortunately.

We will wait a long time again before we go again. I hope that Lamazere still exists if he continues to do so and that he doesn't lose his Gault Millau ... we thought it was a shame. And what my husband says about it I will not write here ...

I ate disappointingly bad there. Appetizer nothing special, main course a disaster, dessert boring. And really inappropriately overpriced. But friendly service.
Update: The second try was much better. Not really top class, and the kitchen seems a bit overambitious, but it was tasty, and the service was friendly and attentive. All in all, a "star" more. I do not have to eat there for the third time.

Wonderful, food was fantastic, host is the best in Berlin. Welcome to France.

Very authentic, good living. Quality products, traditional French dishes revisited pleasantly. Nice home. Eat once at the counter, the experience is worth it.

The food is a poem. The wine (recommended by the chef - he knows exactly what fits if you know what you like about) is wonderful. In addition always this informal, sociable, friendly atmosphere. Service with character. You can also have your own character and simply be human. And already a hint of summer in this pretty Berlin alley, with tables half in and half outside in the open. What a wonderful place for a wonderful evening.

We had a very nice evening in the nice little brasserie. The menu is clear and the staff very personable and professional. Everything we ate was delicious and well presented. We had two different white wines, which were also very good. Clear recommendation.

What should one say? Real cuisine in the neighborhood on the Stutti. Very french. Wonderful menus. Very good wines. Very consistent.

Here you must definitely try the rice pudding. It's not actually the dish to go to a restaurant, BUT it's really worth it. For dessert maybe. With almonds and salt caramel. Mega !!!! However, the other dishes are highly recommended. The portions are very plentiful. After dinner I rolled home!
