We were there again and learned that the kitchen and the service are completely different.
The service was good as always (even if the lady smelled slightly of cigarettes) but the food is unfortunately not what the price is,
My eouff en cocotte would rather be a burned egg with salmon nothing like before and salted.
We ate the sauerkraut pot with roast pork, the meat was totally dry and we didn't want dessert at the end ... unfortunately.

We will wait a long time again before we go again. I hope that Lamazere still exists if he continues to do so and that he doesn't lose his Gault Millau ... we thought it was a shame. And what my husband says about it I will not write here ...
