Called asking for my child under 10 years old told...

Called asking for my child under 10 years old told me they had a prescription for her (there is no prescription just sales)since I never used them I asked them how they got her medical information her dr had given them her information with out my permission told me they were faxing everything to her pharmacy to explain everything never did. I would be very careful with this company very dishonest and customer service was very rude

This is the company for you if you enjoy endlessly...

This is the company for you if you enjoy endlessly waiting on hold for customer service and to reorder supplies. It has been much easier to order supplies through Amazon. In some cases it is even less expensive to pay full Amazon price than my insurance co pay when ordering through Resource. I do not recommend using this group. One star is generous.

This is a horible horible horible company to get medical supplies from you never get your medical supplies and they say that they sent them out and you never receive them every time I ask for supplies a month later I call and all they tell me is that they were shipped the customer service is horrible the lack of concern and care is horible the attitude is horible do not I repeat do not deal with this medical company the equipment is so old a brights down and then when you call and asked him to come out and look at it he tries to make it light is your fault is not working don't order any Bang from this company

Don't waste your time with this Company. I have been trying to get supplies shipped for almost 2 months. I have called multiple times and was told the order was being processed and I should have the supplies in a week. I still don't have my supplies and not sure they will ever arrive?

I have been dealing with Resource Medical for many...

I have been dealing with Resource Medical for many years and I must say I threatened to go somewhere else several time because of their poor service . Today I visited them to receive a replacement BiPAP machine and their technician, Kerry, that gave me the orientation on the new machine was thorough, pleasant, and seemed interested in my successful use of the machine. I hope they keep this kind of service going in the future.

I dealt with Ms. Stacy Jackson, and she is just great. She explained everything to me in great detail and every time I call (which it is a lot) she returns my call the same day and answers me very quickly. She even calls, emails or text in the late evening and on weekends. The company and Ms. Jackson are just great to deal with.

I got a bill from two years after the fact. I got a call one day from a company for a bill for Resource Medical Group. I said I haven't been there in two years. The caller asked how I wanted to pay right then or later and I said I'm going to call Resource Medical Group.I . So then I call Resource Medical Group and the lady who answered the phone said I could bring back my sleep machine and I wouldn't owe anything. I bring it back yesterday on 10/22/2018 and the lady working ask for my DOB. I give it to her. I explained that I got a call that I owe money two years later but was told if I brought back the machine I wouldn't owe anything. So then another employee ask me who I talked to and I said I don't know. I didn't think to write down a name. The first employee said that my charts was just one of those floating out there, when I said it had been two years. So this employee goes in the back for at least 15 minutes. Before that she calls me darling which came across very condescending. She comes back and says she has bad news that I own the machine now. I told her that it is not what I was told on the phone. She said the lady who answered the phone worked in customer service and not billing. That she should have transferred me to billing. I said that's not my fault and that I"m not paying for it. She tried to blame my insurance. But one employee said my chart was "floating" out there. Another says bring it back and I won't owe anything. This one says I own it now. I said that's not what I was told and to take it out of the employee's check that told me I could bring it back. I didn't ask for a 4th employee I figured no one knows what they are doing. So I nicely set down the machine and said I"m not paying for it. I could not believe they can stay in business with charts "floating", people not sure what's going on and then disappearing to the back for over 15 minutes to come back with some story. I will never go back there and will tell others not to as well. I did say to the blonde employee who told me I owned it now that calling someone darling is insulting and she said no it's not.

Horrible experience. Would not return calls asking for status. When did reach rep was given conflicting reasons as to why no progress on DME. When asked questions was not given direct answers!! It was like I was being read a script. Strange experience! Wasted almost 2 weeks and now having to start over with much needed DME for my elderly ill father.

This company is horrible. I went here because my doctor referred me. But, I will not go back. I tried to order supplies for almost six weeks. Phone calls were not returned. When I finally reached customer service, the operator was rude and unhelpful. I will go without supplies before I use this company again.

This company seems to specialize in "creative accounting principles." They say I owe a deductible for February, even though it never show up on any of my previous bills. I wasn't aware of the charge until I called last week. Furthermore, some of the girls (like Megan) are rude and make up things as they go along. Avoid this place, if you can. I would not recommend Resource Medical to even my worse enemy. The warehouse in Wilder, Ky is not much better.

Greta helped my friend so much when he was waiting...

Greta helped my friend so much when he was waiting for a COVID-19 delay on a sleep study to be ordered by his neurologist. She quickly assessed the problem and found parts to fix his machine and explained how he could get set up for ongoing care. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and caring. We highly recommend Resource Medical Group.
