Great place for getting products for physically impaired loved ones. Very good quality brand new walker 4 my mom, for a small donation. Thanks to the organization for providing the products.

Very helpful so navigate the Social Security system when you don't have access to internet or a phone.

RCAL is a clearinghouse for help and information for people with physical or mental challenges to allow them to actively function in society. It is a home for workshops, classes and support groups to make life possible.

Friendly staff, guy in charge of the business is genuinely interested in helping people, a rare thing to find in this day and age!

Nice place to find resources in the community for disabled people

I've relied on RCAL for years for advice for myself. In December, I learned RCAL has durable medical equipment to rent. I needed and rented a transport chair for my mom. Thank you Mr. Malkine.

Staff was kind and conscientious about Covid regulations.
The caseworker was thorough and informative.
Telling me and explaining all I needed to know.
She provided me w/email and answered any queries promptly
