The rooms of the persons lack the possibility of personalization. There is no provision for hanging frames with memories. This is at the expense of the mood of the person staying there. It deteriorates faster because there is nothing that gives them memories to talk about with fellow residents / visitors
Today I called 5 times to the general no 02/6132300 of the institution without consequence. The 6th time was taken by the nursing (diverted) I think it is not possible that such an institution is not accessible because there is no one at the reception
