This location is for Trade and Business; and appointment only. People come here to try and get passports or visas which is not possible. For Business and Trade this is the place to go, for Passports and visas or any travel need, LA is the place to go!

This website, along with their San Diego and Los Angeles voice menus, is NOT user friendly. There is no capability to leave a voice mail message after business hours. There is no selection for "asylum"--only visa info.
The San Diego consulate office has an American trying to speak French. It is actually painful to listen to. Please use a native French speaker. And plz fix/add a category for asylum.
