I loved working with Lois! She was very helpful and VERY on top of things. Anytime we had a question, she had an immediate response. I really appreciate her attentiveness to our home loan!

Lois has helped us with several loans over the past 12 years. She is the epitome of excellent customer service. She is always on top of documentation and her knowledge of lending requirements enables her to creatively navigate any obstacles. Do not use this company! Their communication is horrible, our loan officer forgot to lock in our interest rate causing us to have an even higher interest rate, and we had to pay several thousand more in closing costs at the end than what was actually quoted us!

This has been a busy year so far with a refinance of one property and the purchase of another investment property. No matter what I throw at Lois her and her team are right on the ball! This is the 4th house I've bought with Resident Lending Group,!! I appreciate the years of knowledge and experience which allows them anticipate what under-writing is going to condition before they even ask for it. It makes for such a smooth transaction.
