An enriched corporate place. It's a sip company. Well organized office and nice environment. Novotel has multi level office in their building. Security system is very tight. No one can enter without showing a specific reason. Office road is little far from main road, it's better to use map navigation while finding the office location. Other systems are very good in here.

Very bad service. When we call from brilliant to some other IPTSP, the call get disconnect after 5 seconds. I contacted brilliant through ticket but they made no response at all.
