Very clean and friendly, a nice welcoming environment for visitors to the area or hurricane refugees! They welcome dogs, and there is a nice, large well-maintained area set aside to walk them.

I have stayed at this hotel a total of 14 nights. The hotel is well kept and the rooms are always clean. The staff at this location is always friendly and helpful. This is one of my favorite hotels.

Manager and staff have an incredible attention for cleanliness and neatness both in the rooms and public areas. Unfortunately the place is a little outdated and the sofa bed was almost like a hammock due to the lack of support.

I stayed here on a work trip with a bunch of coworkers. The rooms were fairly standard Marriott rooms. One of my go to hotels as they are all generally high quality. The bar in the lobby was a great place to hang out and chat over a drink. The gym was fairly complete. I didn't see a pool, but I wasn't really looking either.

Large rooms, tidy and comfortable. In contrast to others i was not so impressed by the breakfast and the fact that paper cups and plates were Standard, but this seems to be american way of Life.

Stayed only one night.. found it okay.. but unlike other Residence Inns that we have been to... No complaints specifically.. but I like the other Residence Inn better than this.. I don't know why.. but much better than any other line of hotels..

Excellent location to stay--especially on business. Very welcoming staff that is concerned with your welfare. Some appointments in the rooms (specifically in the bathroom) are getting dated, but otherwise very enjoyable and restful.

Had a lovely stay. Awesome amenities. Close to many attractions and great customer service.

The inn is well kept and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is of a decent quality and the outdoor pool is rather nice. The WiFi has worked just fine. The only negative that I have experienced is a bit of road noise as the inn is located very close to an arterial road. A small sacrifice for a convenient location.

Staff is courteous and quickly retrieved an air purifier they had left in my room by mistake when I first came in. It's a little loud at times as it's near some busy roads but location is convenient and tons of restaurants nearby.

Two knocks: 1) demand pricing, Marriott's favorite hustle. The advertised rate on their website was just for the first day. The rest of it was $20 higher. So don't forget to drill down to find out how much you are actually paying. 2) They have a nice breakfast, but if the hotel is more than half full good luck getting near it! There was not enough staff, seating, or physical space around the buffet to serve demand, or even come close. The place was mobbed until the dishes were empty, and then people would wait around for it to be refilled. There are Residence Inns that have much larger and better organized dining facilities.
By the way, if you need a fallback breakfast location in this area, we found Bagel Buddies to be excellent. They can get a little backed up as well, but are a lot more responsive.

Nice spot. Great little outdoor pool. Decent breakfast. Nice rooms. Nice location.

Disgusting place. We were given room 119 and it smelled like 20 male cats were kept there for a month for a cat show event. The smell was so strong, they should have never assigned this room. And one toilet was left unclean. The front desk had no apologies. Zero apologies. They charged me $400 and some for 2 nights, and I regret it profoundly. Never marriott again. I'll keep spreading the word.

Beds not comfortable, really rough sheets. Not enough seating at breakfast. Housekeeping is really nice.

It feels like home every second of the day. Staff was excellent and my family loves the breakfast in the morning.
