Great prompt service and good communication. This is the second time I have had to have my iPad's screen replaced. I normally don't like surprises, but this one was very unexpected pleasant one. The price was 30% lower than from the other local repair shop that I used last time!! I had to drive a few miles further but it was well worth the minor inconvenience. The reason I didn't go back to the first shop again was due to the fact I had to run my credit card through a business next door, as he only accepted cash, or check payment. My main objective was to get my iPad fixed right by a company that would run my credit card under their name, not through another business where you have no recourse if the work isn't done right. I highly recommend Rescue Tronics. They are fast, dependable and will do quality service at a very reasonable price.
