Rentokil Initial France Review

By far one of the worst companies with which I have had the misfortune to treat these last ten years. The irony is that I terminated a contract with a competitor to come home, my decision. I bit my fingers.

Rentokil Initial France's incompetence, carelessness and amateurishness resulted in a rodent infestation at one of our buildings, because even after several routine visits during which it was found that the mice had devoured all the baits and that therefore a change of strategy should have taken place immediately (ergo, multiplication of traps, increased frequency of follow-up visits with other anti-rodent devices more likely, possibly). Rentokil Initial France did not detect anything, routine visits continued.

I lost a tenant because of this rodent problem not treated by Rentokil Initial France. I tell you their non-responsiveness, dozens of calls and emails gone into nothingness for several months? No. I put all this behind me.

When finally a supervisor came to our building, a few weeks ago, she inspected and convincingly indicated the action plan she was proposing, without failing to try to add additional benefits (gender, remove mouse cadavers, etc.). Apart from his canvassing, I was optimistic, things seemed to take a good turn.

However, I had to wait more than two weeks before the platform deigns to contact us to schedule an appointment. Meanwhile I have a tenant who does not sleep at home and asks us for rent discounts so her home is affected and she can not live there anymore.

And then, "fix" appointment, it's a lot to say. The Mall of Rentokil Initial France platform has imposed the niche, rather: 'the technician will spend the 10th of July at 8am.' No alternative proposal, no such formula, "Would it suit you?" Nope. Good. OKAY. The time is serious, so we're here, I'll even accept a visit at 4 am on a Sunday at this point.

That's the day of the appointment, I waited an hour and six minutes, no technician, no call to prevent a delay, or cancellation. I sent an email to the platform for news, a text message to the supervisor.

No answer.

At noon, an incoming call. "It's the Rentokil technician, I'm at the bottom of your building". HEIN ?? I explain to him that I had been told 8 hours, and he MMS a copy of the email of making appointments. Moments later, call the platform, apologies, I'm asked what would be appropriate for a new appointment, I choose a niche, locked.

I guess things are going to be fine now, but it's a shame, so many dysfunctions. Because I bet that the parent company, in the United Kingdom, works better than Rentokil Initial France.

Rentokil Initial France is by far one of the worst companies I've had the displeasure of dealing with. Ironically, I'm the one who ends up with the competition and signed up with them, in an attempt to save money. I've bitterly regretted my decision ever since.

The incompetence, aloofness and amateurism of Rentokil Initial France has resulted in an infestation at one of our buildings. After several years of operation, Rentokil Initial France completely missed the boat, it was business as usual. I lost because of this poorly-treated rodent problem. Rentokil should have gotten worse and more likely, and set up the nuclear option (whatever that might be).

I draw your attention to the malfunctions of Rentokil Initial.

We closed our business for containment from March 20 to June 19.

As part of the closure, I asked Rentokil Initial to come and pick up the dirty laundry to avoid it getting dirty for too long.
= It never happened.

Since June 15, Rentokil Initial has been providing me with deliveries by phone and email.
= Nothing happened.

On July 2, I was assured of receiving towels, rugs, tea towels, aprons.
= The agent has finally passed. He retrieved the dirty laundry, but he came empty-handed.

No service was performed by the teams during the period from March 13 to July 2.
= This did not prevent us from taking samples every month. Even the months of total closure. Credit has been issued, however the money has been withdrawn from my account. Today, my small business is banking for Initial Rentokil France.

Thursday July 16, no delivery or resumption. The agent decided to come before our opening hours. No ironing possible.

There is no consideration of the leaders of Rentokil Initial France and no valid information via the teams of Rentokil Initial France. This lack of professionalism is wasting time and money.

I advise everyone not to work with Rentokil Initial France.

Top experience !!! Quite frankly, when I called on Rentokil in the middle of the night, in general panic mode after surely having surprised a cockroach at his breakfast in the kitchen; Rentokil got back to me within five minutes to reassure me that they will help me with my super important question! I was already not expecting an answer so late at night, but in addition to be reassured like this: real Customer Service, which is rare in France!

The person took the time to contact the experts the next morning, as promised on Facebook, and even took the time to capture the email!
Have I ever said how reassured I am? And of course not enough!

Point being , I contacted Rentokil for assistance with a question, and not only did I have the answer to my question, but I had links on their site for further reading, recommendations and assistance; and all this without asking them for a quote and without being asked to pay!

I highly recommend, and now I would not hesitate to contact Rentokil if needed!

Why use the rest..when you can use the best Pest Control on earth !

I pass on the reasons which pushed me to leave this service provider, it would take too long. Metz sector today, two initial vans are racing: burned lights, white line crossed, insertion on the motorway forcing other vehicles to brake, harassment and insults towards other vehicles and more particularly towards people who take offense at such dangerous behavior etc ...

but what is this box? I followed two crazy vans today and I spoke with another driver who was assaulted by one of them and had his car scratched, I have never seen such unconsciousness behind the wheel ...

Very welcoming, very professional staff, very nice place

They intervened with me without any result the intervention cost more than 400 and my problem is still the same.
