Top experience !!! Quite frankly, when I called on Rentokil in the middle of the night, in general panic mode after surely having surprised a cockroach at his breakfast in the kitchen; Rentokil got back to me within five minutes to reassure me that they will help me with my super important question! I was already not expecting an answer so late at night, but in addition to be reassured like this: real Customer Service, which is rare in France!

The person took the time to contact the experts the next morning, as promised on Facebook, and even took the time to capture the email!
Have I ever said how reassured I am? And of course not enough!

Point being , I contacted Rentokil for assistance with a question, and not only did I have the answer to my question, but I had links on their site for further reading, recommendations and assistance; and all this without asking them for a quote and without being asked to pay!

I highly recommend, and now I would not hesitate to contact Rentokil if needed!
