By far one of the worst companies with which I have had the misfortune to treat these last ten years. The irony is that I terminated a contract with a competitor to come home, my decision. I bit my fingers.
Rentokil Initial France's incompetence, carelessness and amateurishness resulted in a rodent infestation at one of our buildings, because even after several routine visits during which it was found that the mice had devoured all the baits and that therefore a change of strategy should have taken place immediately (ergo, multiplication of traps, increased frequency of follow-up visits with other anti-rodent devices more likely, possibly). Rentokil Initial France did not detect anything, routine visits continued.
I lost a tenant because of this rodent problem not treated by Rentokil Initial France. I tell you their non-responsiveness, dozens of calls and emails gone into nothingness for several months? No. I put all this behind me.
When finally a supervisor came to our building, a few weeks ago, she inspected and convincingly indicated the action plan she was proposing, without failing to try to add additional benefits (gender, remove mouse cadavers, etc.). Apart from his canvassing, I was optimistic, things seemed to take a good turn.
However, I had to wait more than two weeks before the platform deigns to contact us to schedule an appointment. Meanwhile I have a tenant who does not sleep at home and asks us for rent discounts so her home is affected and she can not live there anymore.
And then, "fix" appointment, it's a lot to say. The Mall of Rentokil Initial France platform has imposed the niche, rather: 'the technician will spend the 10th of July at 8am.' No alternative proposal, no such formula, "Would it suit you?" Nope. Good. OKAY. The time is serious, so we're here, I'll even accept a visit at 4 am on a Sunday at this point.
Okay, I'm exaggerating.
That's the day of the appointment, I waited an hour and six minutes, no technician, no call to prevent a delay, or cancellation. I sent an email to the platform for news, a text message to the supervisor.
No answer.
At noon, an incoming call. "It's the Rentokil technician, I'm at the bottom of your building". HEIN ?? I explain to him that I had been told 8 hours, and he MMS a copy of the email of making appointments. Moments later, call the platform, apologies, I'm asked what would be appropriate for a new appointment, I choose a niche, locked.
I guess things are going to be fine now, but it's a shame, so many dysfunctions. Because I bet that the parent company, in the United Kingdom, works better than Rentokil Initial France.

Rentokil Initial France is by far one of the worst companies I've had the displeasure of dealing with. Ironically, I'm the one who ends up with the competition and signed up with them, in an attempt to save money. I've bitterly regretted my decision ever since.
The incompetence, aloofness and amateurism of Rentokil Initial France has resulted in an infestation at one of our buildings. After several years of operation, Rentokil Initial France completely missed the boat, it was business as usual. I lost because of this poorly-treated rodent problem. Rentokil should have gotten worse and more likely, and set up the nuclear option (whatever that might be).
