Very professional ling wait time but was end of day

I had rotator cuff surgery in February
I can't say enough about Dr.Dobbs and his staff. They did a fantastic job of getting me in, surgery complete and in my way to recovery and healing with PT. They performed the surgery with little to no scarring and I will continue to recommend Dr. Dobbs and his PA and staff for anyone who needs this procedure.

Dr. Uppal is the greatest Orthopedic surgeon i have had experience with. He is very knowledgeable, caring, concerned and takes time with his patients. I slipped on ice in jan 2017 & oct 2017 had surgery for frozen shoulder minor tear in my rotator cuff, my bicep was messed up also. Dr. Uppal is the one i started seening before & after my surgery. I am almost 100% better he said compared to what i was when i first started seeing him. I have appox. 2 more months of healing but i am doing so much better thanks to DR. UPPAL HE IS THE GREATEST.

Doctor Whitlow and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been a patient at ROC since 2004 and have high respect for all the doctors and staff. I would and have recommended The doctors for many years.

Everything went smoothly - waiting times were not long. Only complaint is low lighting in waiting room, not a problem.
Dr. Walker was well versed in my condition and gave excellent advice. Satisfied.

I ve been a patent at Reno Orthopaedic center for a few years for chronic shoulder issue and had shots on both shoulders and a surgery on one.
All the staffs are on points greeting, checking you in and making next appointments. But what I really love about is my doctor M. Kalisvaart. He is always focused on you while there AND with smiles . He makes you feel important and remembers all we ve discussed over the years. Not just breezing thru you like business transactions as other doctors often do.
I recommend him to all my friends and families. Thank you Dr. Kalisvaart.

Renee is wonderful! I don t even miss seeing Dr Jones when she fills in for him. She is very knowledgeable and takes her time to really listen, so I know I am getting the best treatment possible.
I also want to give a commendation to X-ray tech Danielle Simon. She was just a joy! You can tell that she really enjoys her job. And she helped me to relax and I actually had fun getting four X-rays! That s a special talent that should be acknowledged.

My experience this last visit with Dr. arise a RRAIZ, was very thorough and very productive. I got the EMG I needed and was able to make an appointment for surgery with them Dr. Christianson for next month , Which is commentating the end of a long road searching for answers. Dr Dobbs, and capital PC -C Susanne Flint we're extremely professional courteous and very informative with my procedure. I highly recommend them to anybody who is looking for Orthopedic help or Professional Care.

Very professional and experienced! I recommend the ROC to everyone.

Dr. Althausen fixed my leg when I broke both bones in my lower right leg. On Nov 7th 2016 he performed surgery on my leg by putting a metal rod down through my knee with 6 screws which stay on permanent and returned back to regular duty with no restrictions ,(warehouseman -heavy lifting labor intense and on my feet all day) on February 7th 2017
exactly 90 days. I feel great and still working
fulltime considering I've been diagnosed type II diabetes and 65 yrs of age.
THANK YOU Dr. ALTHAUSEN! Greatest Orthopedic Surgeon recognized by many as well and would totally recommend him to anyone else requiring Orthopedic surgery.

Came here with knee pain they immediately tried to push a very extensive and painful surgery on me, said it was my only option to walk again. Got a second opinion went to physical therapy and within 2 months i was fine. Ayear later and I'm still walking just fine with no painful and expensive surgery!

ROC has been around since before I moved to this area over 30 years ago. I have never had occasion to need their services until recently but friends and family have been going for years and have always said good things.
My own experience has been very good so far. It took me 3 months to get an appointment, but once I was there I got in quickly and the providers I had, (Med Tech, X-Ray Tech and Nurse Practitioner) were all great and especially the Nurse Practitioner took the time to really explain what was going on and what to expect and what choices I had going forward.
Also, I have been using the Orthotic Technician (?) Peter Padilla for years for my insoles and shoes for my job where I walk 7-15 miles a day. Peter used to have his own store and moved into ROC a few years ago and my feet would follow him wherever he went. I would not be able to do my job without his "support"!

I have recently visited ROC for the 4th time and have found both their professionalism and service to be above average. I have always been seen quickly, and my concerns addressed. ROC accepted my insurance coverage plans which immediately put my mind at ease. Service is well above average. In the instance where surgery was required, the outcome could not have been better. I would recommend ROC for any person experiencing orthopedic problems before going to a far more costly hospital.

Dr. Watts was the best. Came in on an emergency call and literally "put Humpty Dumpty" together again.
Very talented, knew what he was doing, very kind and humble.
I owe him a HUGE debt of gratitude!

This is a very professional group and Dr. Webster gives you the best options for your age, the degree of injury. He LISTENS to what you say. His staff is very caring and makes sure you have all the information needed for and after your visit.

I was very impressed with the kindness of all staff members and the quality of care was top notch! This was my first experience with zero wait time, which is pretty much unheard of, I highly recommend this place.

The Doctors here are great. I normally see Dr. Lundeen who is a wonderful doctor, he unfortunately was out sick an his colleague saw me an he was great, very friendly an explained things so that you understand what is going on with you by sharing my xrays of my foot. An letting me know what they are gonna have to do to help me out. Definitely recommend ROC Reno

Everyone at ROC is very professional and efficient. Dr. Whitlow is very kind listens to you and answers any questions you may have. His bedside manner is very comforting. I highly recommend ROC!

Their scheduling office is one the worst I have ever dealt with, they are rude and unwelcoming. Every time I called I was put you on hold for 15-30 min and no one even cared to hear what my problem or question was... I kept calling back several times and they just transferred me over to their queue and I never got to speak to anyone who could help me with my medical question. Absolutely awful customer care... especially when it was about a medical mistake on their end I could not find them to get it taken care of and I have been in pain for quite some time too.

I am very please with Dr. Boyden,specially for the pre-op therapy he gave me to do before the operation. There are two women who had the same procedure and suffered a great deal and stayed in rehab for several days before coming home because they did not receive the pre-op print-out. I would be happily recommend Dr Boyden..

Dr. Whitlow and his staff are all experienced. I had a toe fused with no issues. Healing very nicely.

I did not have to wait long in the reception area or the office. The nurses & doctor were polite & nice.
I had xrays in minutes & was evaluated quickly.
I was there just to establish a new orthopedic doctor so the experience was speedy & pleasant.

My son went in on February 6th to have his cast removed. The lady who came into the room had no idea what she was doing. My son is two years old and the saw was terrifying to him. The lady had to turn on the saw FIVE times to get it off and she ended up cutting through his skin. She wanted to slide his foot out the side of the cast because she was not able to get the cast off. My son had a cast put on at the express location in Sparks on January 23rd with Jamie. The cast got wet two days later with a leak in a cover. We went back to the ROC express in Sparks to have a new cast put on Jamie took off the original cast and put on a new one without any issues. She turned on the saw ONCE, was gentle, and knew what she was doing. I would have much rather taken off my sons cast myself than to put him through the trauma of going to the Arlington location.

It was the best experience ever in a doctor's office. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I couldn't have had any better appointment. Informative thorough caring. I can't say enough good things about my provider Linda Dunaway. What a wonderful knowledgeable easy to communicate with person. Thorough helpful understanding. I don't have enough great words to describe her and my wonderful experience

I love Dr Lundeen. He is so sweet and cares about his patients. I have never seen a dr get so excited about his procedure and that it s working. I almost gave up and was so frustrated with my previous surgeon. My primary doctor and friends recommend him for a second opinion and I m glad I did. He found the issue right away with both ankles. My worst ankle has had surgery and it s the best it has felt in years. I can t thank him enough for what he has done so far. By far he is one of the best ankle drs in town.

I am very happy with Dr. Witmer and his assistant Holly. Thank you for making me feel great. Back and hips are better already and it has been 1 day after my injection.

I have been seeing Dr Kaiser for a few years. He is kind, caring, and spends as much time as needed to listen to all my concerns.

I had to wait over an hour for my appointment, staff was fine but $530 for a Kenalog shot is excessive.

Dr. Babovic is the best Dr. I ve ever had. He is knowledgeable and compassionate. When I went in to have him treat my broken wrist I was discouraged. He assured me all was well and set me up with a physical therapist. I left feeling cared for and empowered to begin my healing journey.

My son saw Dr. Albertson, for post concussion symptoms. She was very knowledgeable about concussions and sports injuries in general. She helped so much, and was very thorough, with all of her testing and assessments. I would definately recommend her.

When I got to reno orthopedic center I had been dealing with knee pain for 13 years! They got right on it got me a timely appointment and Every thing we so smoothly. They did not play around. And they accept my Medicaid which is big in my book. Most Doctors wont take Medicaid I am grateful to Reno Orthopedic Group Thank you!

Dr young is so nice, polite, friendly and very professional!! He explains things with out using big words. I have had several injections in my shoulder. the first time he gave me an injection, I had to ask when he was going to do it. He said, I'm done. I never felt it!! Three times later, still haven't felt the needle!! I hate needles too, but he is so gentle I never feel it!!! Thank you Dr. Young, hope I don't see you for several months, but will gladly come see you again!!!!
