My son went in on February 6th to have his cast removed. The lady who came into the room had no idea what she was doing. My son is two years old and the saw was terrifying to him. The lady had to turn on the saw FIVE times to get it off and she ended up cutting through his skin. She wanted to slide his foot out the side of the cast because she was not able to get the cast off. My son had a cast put on at the express location in Sparks on January 23rd with Jamie. The cast got wet two days later with a leak in a cover. We went back to the ROC express in Sparks to have a new cast put on Jamie took off the original cast and put on a new one without any issues. She turned on the saw ONCE, was gentle, and knew what she was doing. I would have much rather taken off my sons cast myself than to put him through the trauma of going to the Arlington location.
