Their scheduling office is one the worst I have ever dealt with, they are rude and unwelcoming. Every time I called I was put you on hold for 15-30 min and no one even cared to hear what my problem or question was... I kept calling back several times and they just transferred me over to their queue and I never got to speak to anyone who could help me with my medical question. Absolutely awful customer care... especially when it was about a medical mistake on their end I could not find them to get it taken care of and I have been in pain for quite some time too.
