Pretty slick and seamless way to launch a business and register with Companies House. Process was pretty intuitive, and synonymous with the digital age, with help on hand through a chatbot and real person at the end of a phone line. The girl I spoke to (northern accent) was very helpful and knowledgeable, so much so that I asked her if she was an accountant.
The only negative is the cross selling of products products and services which I found to be a little invasive. Other than that all good.

Don't use Made Simple Group or Formal UK Company to register your company as their illiterate and very rude. -1 star service. Company House needs to investigate this cow boy company.

Awful service. 3 weeks now and promises not fulfilled. They like the group status and denying that their sister companies are their responsibility.....ultimate package purchased and still not provided as contracted.

Heard about this company through my friends, so decided to give it a go. Easy set-up process and a quality website, had difficulties previously with other formatioN agents but not with madesimple. So far so good Cheeers guys

Why you do not meet your valuable customers, I came all the way from India to London with lots of excitement of seeing my registered office and discuss something important for my business. but disappointed, your front desk people not even ready to talk, they have all auto reply system like one automated IVR do. No respect of person coming from thousand of miles to meet and explore opportunity. But all useless.

Requested your staff to take a letter coming for National Insurance appointment, that too they said, we have not accepted just because dont want to do that. only accept govt. letter. then what is the fun of having registered office if you do not take our important letter coming by the post and refusing, means our efforts for getting things are gone in vein.

if you are not interested to take letter address to director, then why did you support to form a company and doing all this, when you know you are not supporting to take letters coming in company directors name other then govt letters.

Very Disappointed and thinking why did I choose to be this place who are non co-operative management and front desk staff.

Doing anything with madesimple is the worst, most stress inducing activity of any day. The website is one of the worst interfaces to use ive ever seen. They send you requests to do things that is impossible to carry out on their website. Important mail that is meant to be forwarded to you never arrives and gets lost. Constant emails about renewals and when you try to cancel then there are more miserable forms and unknown cancellation periods. Nothing about anything you ever do with these people is ever simple. Surely everyone working at the company is embarrassed.It's taking me so long to detach form the company. they make life so difficult but love charging for everything.

Avoid at all costs! Entrepreneurs are likely to make mistakes as they start out. Don't let this be one. My biggest regret of all service providers. Has caused my so much pain. Use a competitor or what i wish i'd done is just do it all myself. Spending a few weeks learning about everything companies house would have saved me a lot of time.

I have used Companies Made Simple for a number of years now and found their service to be exceptional , turnaround times really fast and prices extremely competitive.

Basically service is OK however; when printing you don't always get what you expect.
You need to look carefully for their 'print' indicator which is not always there.
If in doubt then either first check print review or set your print option to only print first page otherwise you could find; like I did; that you are printing many pages of rubbish.

I have received a spectacular treatment. an enviable attention. I would go back a hundred times to work with them. I am delighted and I will continue with them. they always help me they are fantastic

Great shared office space, really nice and helpful staff and a cool and relaxed atmosphere. Lots of useful and nice amenities. Didn't use it a lot, but will be back.

Ive revised this as the company admitted they had made an error, and the level of service to deal with this was very good. I am now happy to recommend them.

Great service used for all resources such company incorporation and secretary and practice online services.

Made simple are such an easy formation agent to set up and maintain your company with, it has been nothing but a pleasure dealing with their friendly and efficient staff. The website is also straight forward and the whole process seems to be pain free! I did get stuck on the ID page just before the set up but was able to rectify my error within minutes after calling their customer service helpline team who quickly found the problem and advised that I forgot to mention my middle name.

Excellent help provided throughout the rest of the application and once the company was registered!

They publish your information even if you don't let. A big Google-Spam company. Never trust them.

As the company name suggests, this was a fairly simple and pain-free way to register my company name. A nice easy process from start to finish to allow me to secure the name I wanted, but with the ability to leave it as dormant - with them looking after it until I m ready .

Will definitely be using them for future endeavours rather than battling through the Conpanies House web of confusion, leaving me time to focus on what s actually important - setting up my business from the front.

Let me share my own experience with this Company! Before i chose a service or a company i always search for impressions and reviews... Let's say this a proffesional thing because i am an Tech YouTuber creator
When i first saw their website i was really impressed how it looks like and how easy it is to use! on the first page you can also see that they are telling you that they managed to open more then 500k company's but i don't believe anything till i check and after i searched for reviews i convinced myself that this grup are telling the truth!
MadeSimple in my opinion have the best SERVICES ON THE MARKET AT THIS MOMENT!!!
I've chosen the most expensive package and after one single day this guys send me the registration documents from the House of Companies by email and after few days i received by hard copy in my mail.

As am a foreign Citizen and i don't know exactly what are the procedures here but they send me an email with everything i need to start the business!
I highly recommend this guys!!!

Set up to help fraudsters and spammers. Keep receiving multiple spam emails from companies registered at this address. I have contacted these companies both by email and by mail to this address. It either does not get sent on or they make no checks to ensure those that register with them are actually law abiding legitimate organisations. Try contacting Leanne Richardson and Steven Richardson of the following companies: ESL Consultancy Services Ltd, Professional Drivers Network Ltd, Clear Call Mobile Ltd, Flex Mobile Ltd, Fid Me Finance Ltd and LLAD Media Ltd, to ask why you are complicit in their spam marketing by not following the legal regulations around this. Did you not wonder why they need multiple companies, obviously not? Did you not ask what their businesses do and whether they are legally compliant, obviously not?

Every time I see 20-22, WENLOCK ROAD, LONDON N1 7GU on an application my heart sinks. I am trying to persuade my company to stop accepting applications with this as their registered address as each time I have to review every one of the dozens of CIFAs. This company is the bane of my work life. Set up the company yourself on companies house (really easy) and you won't have to wait for endless background checks to clear whenever you want to do anything with your business.

Additional - no I'm not a customer of yours but your customers often become my customers and the work you do directly impacts mine. If you are confident with your KYC procedures, why is there a company registered at your address caught committing fraud on an almost monthly basis? There are now 90 CIFAs at that address!
