Why you do not meet your valuable customers, I came all the way from India to London with lots of excitement of seeing my registered office and discuss something important for my business. but disappointed, your front desk people not even ready to talk, they have all auto reply system like one automated IVR do. No respect of person coming from thousand of miles to meet and explore opportunity. But all useless.

Requested your staff to take a letter coming for National Insurance appointment, that too they said, we have not accepted just because dont want to do that. only accept govt. letter. then what is the fun of having registered office if you do not take our important letter coming by the post and refusing, means our efforts for getting things are gone in vein.

if you are not interested to take letter address to director, then why did you support to form a company and doing all this, when you know you are not supporting to take letters coming in company directors name other then govt letters.

Very Disappointed and thinking why did I choose to be this place who are non co-operative management and front desk staff.
