Service at banquet was wonderful. Helpful staff that demonstrated great customer service. Room was clean and in good repair. Walls lack a bit in sound dampening, but ultimately the neighboring rooms didn't have loud parties so we slept well. Finally the location is just about perfect, away from high crime areas, within 0.3 miles from quality dining establishments, and next door to Target in case you didn't pack everything.

A professional organization of mine includes the Tulsa Renaissance in our monthly lunch meeting rotation. The facility is easy to find, with close highway access, and the food service group always serves well-balanced, delicious lunches.

I would have normally rated this hotel pretty high, but when I was there the Water main had broken and there is no running water, no flushing toilets etc.. They wouldn t refund my money until I raised hell they told me it would be fixed in an hour and it took a day The customer service was terrible. All they offered me was a bottle of water.

I stay here quite a bit when I travel on business. The staff is friendly and hotel has everything you need: restaurant, bar, gym, pool, hot tub, business office, public areas to chill in, and small store. The bathroom lights are never quite bright enough for putting on makeup, and the rooms are a little dated (in general), but it's consistently clean and the rates are reasonable.

I came to the hotel and Friday night we came here and we have thin blue blankets on our bed not quilts and so we called down to the lobby three times and we still didn't get them and so Saturday night we called them and ask once and they still didn't bring them up. I would not come to the hotel.

Attended a dance competition. The hotel itself and convention center seemed just fine overall. Just was not impreased with the venue for the competition. Wasn't laid out well for that type of event in my opinion. Small stage, not deep enough for props. I don't know that it was the convention centers fault per say being as the dance company books the event.

Rims were nice, no free Wi-Fi, the bar what's supposed to have daily specials, did not have what they had posted for a whole week when I went to order Buffalo Wings off the menu no wings ordering a margarita pizza no fresh basil, so went with a plain cheese pizza.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. The breakfast was really good! Chyna checked us in, and she was so so nice. Ashley was our waitress on our last morning there, and she made sure we got our breakfast even though we were late as we thought breakfast ended at noon, not 10AM like the previous two days.
Everything was clean and taken care of as well.

I stayed at this very comfortable facility for a professional retreat, and very much enjoyed the experience although I was initially put in a double-double room, I had requested a king room. When I brought this to the attention of the hotel staff, they quickly and graciously found an appropriate room for me. I found the accommodations upscale, the buffet breakfast above the usual cut for hotels, and the catered meal the best we had in the area. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and I have no hesitation about recommending this hotel to travelers and businesses looking for a way to treat their employees well.

The hotel itself was a bit outdated. The room didn't cool to a comfortable sleeping temperature and most of the room windows were so close to a highway that the noise level was high enough at all hours to keep you awake unless you had earplugs available.

I went for the Tulsa Pop Culture Expo, the area worked excellently for the event. I didn't see inaide any of the bedrooms but the convention floor was nice. The parking lot made it easy to navigate around all of the food trucks or convention themed vehicles.

I visited the Tulsa Pop Culture Expo and stayed the night at the hotel. The rooms are great and a nice bathroom. I ate breakfast at the restaurant and enjoyed the fresh fruit on the buffet. The convention center was a good size for the event and kept very clean. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it. The hotel is located near plenty of shopping and dining establishments. The staff was friendly. I look forward to returning here on my next trip to Tulsa.
