The rooms and service were both great. The restaurant was enjoyable. We picked this hotel for the indoor pool, so we were disappointed that it was ice cold.

Clean and comfy. Instant hot water! Some remodeling going on, and new style is modern and fresh.

Other than the construction it has been a fantastic stay. Staff is friendly, pool and gym are kept very well. Excited to see the finished remodel.

Clean rooms, professional service. Great place for corporate meetings, with plenty of modular meeting rooms. Walking distance of several quaint restaurants. Easy access to Central Expressway and George Bush Turnpike.

The hotel lobby is very nice, and conference room wifi is available there for free,plus the music played in the lobby is surprisingly quite good. The hotel room itself is fairly standard with basic amenities. No free WiFi is offered in the room. The bathroom is nice and the shower is excellent.

I have never stayed in a hotel of this caliber and there were no refrigerator in the rooms. Just not impressed. I have had better amenities at a Courtyard facility. Was not impressed with daily room maintenance either. Only the bare minimum was done.

Room and service was great. I was excited to see evian water in my room. It is my favorite water. I was disappointed to see that the hotel charged $6 a bottle instead of including with room.

I attended an event here. The facility was a breath of fresh air in a construction war zone that is Dallas. It's very well-kept inside. Clean, orderly, simple, elegant

Located off highway 75 it gives easy access to get to my client quickly. The hotel is sometimes pretty loud in the evenings as the open area in the middle allows for the sound to travel up no matter what floor you are staying on. I always stay on the side of the lobby as that seems to be the most quiet and it shelters you from the highway noise. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are always fairly clean. I have had room service several times and the food is average. Concierge floor is nice with a pretty decent selection with a variety of food choices in the evenings. I stay here almost every week for work and it is the nicest Marriott in the area.

It can be noisy in this area at times. Make sure festivals aren't happening the weekend you book.

Clean. Friendly staff. Staying in a 3 room suite with access to club level nbd.

Under Construction. The rooms were musty and smelled awful.

Was there for a convention. I like that it's at a nice business park and the food was nice too. the environment was pretty professional and inviting.

The staff is amazing! They went way out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and was always greeted us with a smile, and petted our dogs. Our kids loved the indoor pools and hot tub and playing in the huge water fountain outside. Great location and very clean.

Service was fantastic. Very prompt with request and full of great suggestions for dinner and dessert.

I was here for an event and this place was really nice. I'd visit again.

The rooms were ok, nothing special. The bathrooms, however are quite special. When the person in the room across from yours uses the sink, yours will make noise and bubble. Creeper my wife out the first time it happened.

Also, the breakfast that is put out in the lobby isn't free. So do go grab something and expect to walk off.

The hotel is truly top notch. Rooms are nice, property is beautiful and kept nicely. Parking is a bit expensive... But otherwise a great place to stay.

The rooms were nice but there was no fridge provided. The conference rooms were kept at arctic temperatures. Pack a parka if you're there for an event!

Very nice, well kept hotel. Rooms are fairly updated. Large open space in the middle. Nice members lounge on the 12th floor. Will stay again if in the area. Staff was very nice and accomdating as well

Great location. I love the animated fountains in the courtyard. Reminds me of Bellagio.

Clean and roomy. Wifi is fast and accessible with full bars. The TVs have access to Netflix and other internet videos. Breakfast and food from the bar is awesome.

Pretty okay. If I were paying for it myself I probably would be a lot more critical, but really, I've got no serious complaints... (Not worth the price in my opinion, however...)

Nice place, room had an annoying knocking sound, but someone was sent immediately to fix it. Would stay again.

Very friendly staff throughout my experience. Bartender very knowledgeable and pleasant. Bed was divinely comfortable.
I was disappointed/surprised that I did not have a refrigerator in my room and my coworkers in other rooms had them. Additionally, my bathroom trash had not been emptied in my room when I arrived. Friends in other rooms stated their walls were thin and they could hear phone calls and kids quite easily as well as highway and train noise. My own room was quiet and I did not have any exterior sound issues on the opposite side of the hotel and apparently no neighbors as I never heard a peep.

Fantastic experience. Calm, friendly, excellent service. Nice large room for family of 6. Clean, best hotel experience we've had to date. We'll be returning for sure.

Overall it was ok.
I book this outside of my normal hotel in Dallas which is a Marriott Courtyard.
Let me set my expectations, so you know my filters on how I judge a hotel.
Non- negotiable in my book : Clean room and sheets, free parking, free internet, and a quiet hotel for some shut eye. and hey, breakfast would be nice if its included, but by no means a deal-breaker.

Ok, so with that said. the service was nice, the employees were happy and the entrance is grand. Great. But I have to pay $15 a day to park. On your property. and I cant park anywhere else. No Bueno.
In the room there is no Wifi, unless you pay $12.95 a day. No Bueno.
I called the front desk to address this issues. They wanted me to enroll in some Marriott program. No Thanks. I just want to watch some next flix and go to bed. Eventually they comp-ed the parking and the internet for 2 days. Nice, but really? I hate those sneaky charges. I park here to sleep, why charge me? Rooms are clean.
If you are trying to get some shut eye it might be challenging. I was on the 3rd level and all rooms are in an open plan. When its a weekend the laughter and chatter from the bar sounds more like banshees and Hyenas as it travels up.
Would I stay here again? No.
I'll go where it's quiet, free parking and wifi.

This is a decent Marriott brand hotel along a metro line. Amenities and staff are good, and everything is clean. The hotel is also right next to a performance center. Other than that, there is not much to do in this area.

Very nice we have our church banquets there.The food is very good.I enjoyed it very much.

Be sure to have a credit/debit card for the vending machines, or pay a dollar or better more for items at the gift shop. Otherwise the rooms were clean and comfy and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Very convenient location, superb staff, comfortable beds, just-right hot showers. Parking fee is reasonable, breakfast buffet is a little expensive for what it is. I will stay here again.

The staff here is friendly, the decor is modern and nice. The beds are comfy, I love the TV and being able to use Netflix.
I have stayed here at least 3-4 times over the past 5-6 years. The valet is always awesome and fast. You can self park in the garage. Valet is $19 a night. They have the breakfast buffet for $18 per adult.

The in room dining is always interesting. The food is great and I like that they have some eco friendly packaging (at least I guess that's why they put everything in a shopping bag that doubles as a tray. The food was tasty and you can either have delivered or pickup downstairs. It is pretty fast too.

My issue was with checkout day. Stated check out time is 12. They started knocking to clean the room at about 9 am. I had to leave the hotel for a meeting at 10 and came back about 1030. They had already checked me out of the room, with all my stuff inside. They also checked out my dad's room, with his stuff inside. I had to have them recheck us back in for just those 2 extra hours.

I had planned on having lunch in the room, called to order lunch but they said they had already checked me out and I was going to have to call to check back in to make an order....

Hah, at that point I decided I was going to find food somewhere else. I'm glad I did, it was delicious. Usually have a decent experience here but this was actually somewhat frustrating and wasted quite a bit of time.

The renovations in the lobby area are great though. It truly is a beautiful hotel.

The Renaissance was a really nice hotel overall. Extremely friendly service, spacious room, delicious breakfast and great design with some rooms being remodeled. However, I wouldn't trust the valet at night anymore. ;)

Did a professional convention; staff was extremely accommodating. All rooms were ready on time, last minute changes were handled amazingly. The food was great, as were the drinks!

Nice hotel. Just was there overnight for a banquet. Some upper floors are being remodeled but I didn't notice any excessive noise.

Maron at the front desk was EXCEPTIONAL! We were celebrating my daughters 7th bday and she was so sweet, kind and engaging. Gave her a tiny cup of ice cream, talked with her, put us on the 7th floor to match her turning 7 years old, and even sent a chocolate cake with candles up to our room and sang her happy bday! All their staff, even the valet who sang her happy bday, were so kind and made my daughter say "she mad it the BEST bday ever!!" Thanks for a wonderful stay - we will definitely be back!

This place is very nice. It has the laundry in the hotel. I think the is place looks clean and perfect. Due to this COVID-19, I would like to work there for Project Search at 7:45 to 1:00.
