Premium customer support NOT - Closed on the weekends and then cut off 5 times today. When I finally get through the sound quality was awful, along with the heavy accent of the staff, it was impossible. But then got cut off again. Grrr

PAINFUL - Slow and scripted customer service. I've called about 4x and I haven't got what I need yet.

The HP offices are conveniently located at the heart of viaduct harbour in the city. If you are headed there for a meeting keep in mind parking is limited so it might be best to park on Jellicoe st nearby and walk across. The office in on level 5, sharing the floor with Microsoft NZ

They have no service agent on the North Shore Auckland. Nearest is Penrose. Canon for me. Throw this out.

Thy stole my printer straight up sent me a bill saying its been repaired at work. NO they took the printer away / No paper work / Still Sending me a Stupid bill requested in USD and i have to pay by sending a USD chq to Australia from New Zealand worst service ever. its over a month need to print cards for the kids for x.mass cant I would give u no stars if i could the printer was $3,000 three years ago. do not Trust Do no deal with them

HPE is infuriating beyond I can review. Every number leads to a phone system that is useless. This one in particular had me on hold for 38mins then disconnected my call. Phoning international will will run you though a VERY slow process of them collecting all your details to the say they cannot help. I got another number to try that no matter what number combination you use took you know where. Beyond Insane. DO NOT BUY HP EQUIP.

Had a faulty print head on my printer. I bought the printer 1 years 4 moths ago and the had full record of the purchase as I did not have the invoice on me. They sent out a new print head free of charge. Great service Thank you.

DTSL is the service centre for HP, the service is so bad... so I took my Hp laptop to Visualgroup and they just help me with my repair and ordered the part for me on Friday ... the cell Center told me to take it to DTSL...I will not buy HP now

I worked at HP and am quite frustrated that printer inks retail price is $59
while its cost price is 4.99. Not to mention you can't add ink yourself or you're printer will reject
