Pleasant stay, very nice even if it seemed slightly old. Got awesome massages and used the sauna. Comfy bed and decent size room but thin walls and small TV. Would stay again if in the area.

Overall great hotel property with beautiful grounds, swimming pool and a state of the art, fully equipped pro gym. Only downside during our stay was the below par responsiveness of the front desk and the fact that room service did not show up for one day during our 4-day stay.

Awesome gym and swimming pools, family friendly! Kids pools and very clean gym. Feels like a luxury resort! Love it!
Delicious food at the pool area! Good restaurant at hotel. Plenty of free parking.

Nice clean room, super comfortable king bed. My wife and our toddler stayed the weekend. Great place for families. The hotel has baby sitting in a day care type environment. The gym is great and the pools fun. The food from the restaurant was decent at best, my wife says my expectations for food are a little high, but realistic is more appropriate. I expected much better for the price. The service was excellent. We had no complaints.

I have to say this first, the guys who put the weights back on the racks for everyone are saints. I know everyone thinks it's the weight faries cleaning up behind them, but it's not. Shout out to you dudes and dudettes who keep this place amazing. Staff are lovely, facilities are constantly held at an impeccable standard. Very happy to be a member of this club.

Nicer hotel, gym membership leave cars out front causing a traffic jam. Requested room with 2 beds, checked at front desk, received room with 1 bed. Second room had 2 beds and broken AC. 3rd room had 2 twin beds for 4 people. Front desk did not seem concerned with experience, I love Marriott but will not stay here again.

Great place to go when it's hot. We love the pool. They added an outdoor bar last year and it really makes the pool a much better experience. I only wish there were a few less kids at the pool. They need to have an adult only area in my opinion.

The gym has to be one of the best around. They have great classes, my favorite being the spin classes. The gym equipment is first class. It's a little expensive but worth it in the end for us since we don't have a pool at home and it's right down the street.

Not only are you greeted with the utmost professional hello it's good to see you. Whether it is someone that I have seen there before or I have never met when I hear them pick up the phone they announce who they are and then they say let me get you to that department that can help you. That is the most professional way in my experience to be greeted. From the front desk all the way to the executive locker room the staff members even the managers of the fitness side will jump in fold towels move towels that need to be washed to speed up the process of getting them clean for the next member. What that does is that makes it much more enjoyable for the next member or even a guess who comes in with a member to see how easy everything is to work out at the Renaissance Club because if things are easy you will do them more often, and you will see the results more rapidly. I pay money to a organization that provides a service for physical fitness and other things and I still feel that I owe them a thank you and hold them to the highest level because they have helped me continue to push through a serious injury. By far the Renaissance Club is one of the most efficient professional and contemporary clubs in the land life is always changing and so is life at the Renaissance Club sport thank you Rod Garcia

Would give them 6 stars if I could. Aquatics with 3 pools and a splash pad. Full fitness club attached with racquet ball and full sized basketball court. The staff was too notch the not only meet our needs but anticipated them.

It was a nice hotel, but the in room coffee machine was kind of gross on the inside, so I went out of my way to clean the gunk in it because I wanted coffee. I liked the size of the shower, and the Aveda bath products. I was very happy about the amount of wonderfully soft pillows.

I joined this gym two months ago and I really like it. Its expensive but like all things you get what you pay for. $117 a month is the most I have paid for s gym membership but when you think about the alternatives its not. LA Fitness and 24 Hr Fitness are dumps. The equipment is not that great and the service is terrible. So I figured I can pay $30 for a gym that I don't like or $117 for one that I do. The equipment here is updated and great.

Good

EPIC FAILURE! I asked front desk to unlock thermostat to lower room temp at 2 pm before leaving hotel for meetings. Came back at 10:30 to find room still hot and thermostat still locked. Was told engineering gone for the day and nothing could be done until next morning. Literally laid there awake and sweating all night. Asked for engineering to come to room immediately upon arrival at 8 a.m. next morning. Had to call again at 9:30 to get them to come to room. When lead engineer arrived, he unlocked thermostat using his cell phone. This could have been done during the night so I could have slept. Pathetic!!!

Beautiful hotel. With an amazing sunrise view overlooking the pool. It has a nice bar and great breakfast. Also a juice bar and a huge huge fitness center especially for a hotel with 3 pools.

We've been members here for years. If you have a family with small kids it's really worth the price. My husband and I often go for a date night, the kids can play and eat in the kids world while we enjoy a night meal alone. I would love to see them add more seasonal menu options because in the past 5 years the menu has not changed much.

Just got kicked out of the hotel lobby for trying to eat dinner (takeout) at 9pm in a half empty lobby. Apparently they are a full service hotel so after a 14 hour work day you must be shunned to your room to eat dinner or be subjected to the overpriced restaurant on premises. We offered to get a few drinks so we weren't non paying customers and then offered to move elsewhere before being told we could only eat in our rooms. In addition thermostats go no lower the 68 which must become 75 in the middle of the night because I wake up sweating. As someone who travels over 100 days a year I won't be back.

Modern, clean & very friendly staff. Solid COVID-19 protocols. SUPER comfy bed & awesome pillows. The 3 stars is bc when I went to check into the hotel, the loading area was chock full of a spin class. All for making accommodations for people to work out, but as a first time guest, it was super weird & inconvenient. Otherwise highly recommend.
