Great place to stay. Comfortable rooms. Lots of amenities for everyone. Additionally, everything was clean! I would definitely stay here again!

Nice resort to spend the day at, especially when you're spending it in a meeting. The pool side cabanas and a cocktail were the perfect way to end a long day.

Items stolen out of room, rooms not ready when said, bad service at pool, no vending machines or good service from room service at all. Never stay here.

Love this place, has awesome gym & nice modern rooms. Always available on short notice. Only complaint is they charge for parking $10/ day. Friends live close by so we hang mostly with them anyway. The pools are very plain since it's part of gym. The restaurant is pretty nice for breakfast, have full breakfast buffet that is high end. Room also has alarm clock iPhone docking station if your an apple fan. Also bar gets a cool crowd & tonight it was a great place to watch UFC fight.

Best Renaissance Hotel, period. The gym is beyond impressive.

Rude customer service at desk. Premiere members and asked for a suite. Non available. Asked for room with two queen beds. Beds are not Queens, they are doubles. No couch. No refrigerator. No roll away. First room they gave us only had one More

Wonderful hotel in Aliso Viejo. Very nice setting, expensive but not outrageous, great pool and gym, very reasonable food and drink choices in the lobby bar/restaurant... A treat to stay there.

This hotel is top notch! Amazing gym with pool. Water play area for the kids! Staff is friendly and professional. Room is modern and clean. Laguna Beach is just 10min away. Perfection

My favorite hotel hands down. The workout facilities and classes are incredible. The breakfast was splendid, and the rooms were clean and we'll maintained. I'd suggest going to as many workout classes as you can! The boxing and release classes were great.

Enjoyed the swimming and the workout gear - oddly healthy business hotel.

First off the area is super nice! Then the staff at check in and out was super nice and explained everything well. Secondly I got what I asked for and the room smells good plus is up to date and very clean the bathroom is amazing also! Just no balcony! We got a city view room and we can see the outside where the pools are and the city! then we went to the pools it was so nice that they had a kid area it was perfect for my 18 month old since they have their own kid pool 1 1/2 feet down and jacuzzi plus the water park then the regular pools were amazing all pools heated and jacuzzi was super so comfy to top it off they had live music playing at the citrus grill they re restaurant so it was more relaxing we ate dinner there and the food was super good ! We got a package that includes breakfast and it was a buffet which was good but the servers were good!

It s a gym, restaurant, bar, coffee shop and a hotel! Great way to spend the day. Sometimes service is a little off but the management team will make it right. I have been going to the gym for several years and it s more like a community. I have met so many great friends here. Check our Wine Wednesday and live events on the patio. If you have younger kids use the daycare to treat yourself to a date night.

This place is great! I had to extend my stay for a night and the front desk were not only eager to help; but also empathized with my situation.

This a very nice, clean and well-maintained gym. Everyone is friendly, and they offer a lot of great classes. My favorite part of this gym is the indoor basketball courts.

This is a top of the line hotel and fitness center. Upon my arrival I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff at the front desk. Their supervisor, Daniel, escorted me throughout the center and showed me the "Garage". I was in disbelief when I saw that they had literally moved their fitness equipment into their parking garage, very innovative! Louise and Amy, ensured my experience was nothing short of exceptional! Kudos to the cleaning staff, they are continuously keeping the equipment sanitized for your use!

Gym is amazing, rooms are nice and clean and smoothie bar is great.

The gym is great and the child care service "Kids World" is top notch.

I met a friend here for lunch as she is a member. I went last week and again today. I had the quinoa burger, the salad that comes with it is excellent. Our server was excellent, she helped us with menu choices, substitutions and even wi-fi.

Love this quiet and spacious place to work out and relax. Everything is at your convenience from fresh clean towels to fruit waters. Not your average gym! Totally recommend it for people who are serious about working out or just to relieve stress after a long day.

This is the worst hotel ever, staff is not very competent, staff needs additional training, well be seeking an Attorney and legal advice on how to sue the hotel for Credit Card Fraud. Do not stay at this hotel, or you will be cheated and lied to.

I struggle with rating this hotel for multiple reasons. This lobby is very loud and very busy and after a busy, hard, long day at work it is very hard to sit downstairs and unwind at the bar/restaurant because it is SO loud! To me, this place is so overpriced. I get it that is probably in a prime location. Less than a 15 minute drive to Laguna Beach and very close to A LOT of restaurants and shopping. I did not use the gym so can NOT comment. I think a curtain in place of the closet door is not acceptable for the price you pay. Very boring room nothing extra special about it for the price. And my NUMBER 1 complaint is the shower!! I hate that all you have is a rain shower head. It is very hard to take a shower and not get your hair wet. Being a woman I do not wash my hair everyday and it is impossible to point the shower at a different angle other than pointing straight right at you. I also hate the fact it does not have a door on the shower. While trying not to get your hair wet all of the cold air is coming in from the rest of the bathroom. UGH! So frustrating! My other co workers agree however I doubt if they will write a review. With all this being said the ENTIRE staff were phenomenal! Kudos to them all housekeepers, maintenance, valet, bell boys, servers, cooks, bartenders, check-in, check-out. Thank you! My huevos rancheros were one of the best I have ever tried! Great job! Also the Fish Tacos were delish! Nice week. Take some of your criticism to heart and I might be back if I see changes.

Hours not very convenient and ladies with cellphones walk to sauna with tennis shoes and clothes and no one says anything to them. Too expensive!!!

I'm a member at Renaissance and I come to work out and enjoy the pool/sauna area. I love the gym area and that they provide awesome group fitness classes. The restaurant has great food. And the staff is always so friendly. Love this place!

Excellent rooms, excellent beds, amazing gym. The breakfast is very expensive but the coffee bar serves yoghurt and oatmeal so go for that instead.

This place is an amazing property with hotel, huge gym, bar and small restaurant with patio. It's in the middle of Aliso, so it doesn't get a lot of foot traffic. It has mostly business and residents. I am a gym member and love the gym and the staff there. My only wish was a younger hip crowd. This place median age is 45-50. I am 38 and am the third youngest in my spin class. It's slightly geriatric, but I do love the friendly vibe.

It's alright, just average. Outlets dont hold plugs tried all the outlets in room only 2 worked, rest were loose. bed was nice.pool is ok jacuzzi was nice. Gym was nice.

Renaissance ClubSport is a sporting club that includes amenities for all their members; including accommodations for children. In the summer; it is the entertaining center of the town, offering music and is a great place to gather socially with friends.

We love the facilities here! The rec voeyball is super fun on Tuesdays

Food service was really slow. I got a Mushroom flatbread, and it was only OK. They previously had a pretty good menu, but they changed it all up.

The renaissance club sport has an amazing gym and is not too crowded. They provide you with towels as well!

Probably the best hotel I have stayed in. Service was great. My room and key was ready before arrival so check in took like 30 seconds. All amenities I asked for were already in the room. Two pools and a jacuzzi. Not too far from the beaches either. Starbucks on property with great smoothies. Will definitely stay here again.

We've been to this place before, and nothing like this has ever happened.. We had to move to a different room every day for 3 days! (We were staying for a week) and they were all odd reasons.

The first reason was because "all the rooms were booked" so we had to sleep in a 1 bed room for the first day (there was 4 of us)

The second room, had a broken toilet which smelt like eggs. And when we asked someone to come and fix it, we came back for it to be not fixed, but worse.

The third and final room was actually good! Nothing wrong and we got a good view of Laguna.. also they brought cookies.. which was kind.

Also, rooms 1 and 2 had views of the vents, which is why i made to two stars.

Used to go here when I worked across the street from it. It is pretty pricey, but I had a company discount so I could not pass it up. The place has all the things you would expect from a premium gym, but what I loved was the people I met there that I'll probably keep in touch with forever. The staff are extremely courteous and the instructors are awesome.

Very friendly staff. Excellent location with an amazing gym and outdoor pool. The restaurant/bar has outdoor seating by the pool with TVs. The menu is delicious. The fish tacos are a must try.

This gym refused to let me in because I'm under 18.Even though I'd taken the class.The wasn't even cool about it.

I love this gyM! Except one of the managers there was rude. But other than her, the staff is great and helpful, and the gym and classes are amazing!

Great hotel. Great staff. Really stylish interior and decor. Cant say enough about this place. If you need to stay in the area, this is one of your best options. Just has a nice clean cool and hip vibe. The lobby bar and restaurant is an awesome place to eat have drinks meet people and have fun. Highly recommended!

We joined Renaissance after researching multiple places in the area that offer childcare as one of their options. Renaissance had the best mix of amenities and value. With the executive membership, our family of four has access to the (huge) gym, valet is included, both kids can be in Kid's World for 4 hours each day, we're part of the wine and beer club (with each entree over $15 we get a free glass of either), discounts at the shop and cafe/restaurant, group fitness classes.. I'm sure I'm forgetting a ton but trust me we're very happy here! I end up bringing the kids and working on my laptop in the cafe while they have a blast and I'm able to focus undistracted, or I can take a class or whatever I want as long as I'm on site. There's a spa here too but I haven't tried it yet. The staff has been incredible, from the valet to the cafe, to the corporate members, I've been very impressed with their friendliness and customer service. I highly recommend Renaissance!

Going through the Valet Parking Area is a nightmare, they definetly dont respect the fire lanes; i always see cars parked on the fire lane, giant trucks delivering on the side, usually there is only enough space for 1 car to squeze through.

Clean and friendly. Lap pool was fantastic. Best around.

Please pay attention to customer requests in the future. And your doormen need to be focused more on customers.

Good meeting place with good food in the restaurant..meeting room lighting was a bit dim
