They are all super nice! I had an awesome experience and my daughter was entertained and educated at the same time. The doctor taught her all about xrays and talked to her about becoming a physician. It s good to hire a deaf person. They see what people don t see. I think if you give them a one star they will treat you badly. i complained of back pain and sciatica bruises on my lower left leg happened under Dr. Mike Long. I seen Dr. Mark. He s nice but I felt like I had a stroke in swimming pool. So I switch to Dr. Rogers. After two visits, they ignore my emails regarding pain in pelvic and legs, I fell forward and broke my toe. So, switch to Dr. Long....and this is why he wrote the letter.

Dr. Long wasn t there, but his b*tch called the police. (Lady with dark tan and black hair).Yes, the police did arrived approximately 6:50pm. I was calm. They made sooo many stupid mistakes and this should never ever happen to a person with a disability. I don t need a doctor to make me more disabled like being in a wheelchair because they are wheelchair accessible.

The reason why the letter was in writing, I tried to make an appointment. Instead, she gave me this letter from Dr. Long. By the way, I m deaf. The letter is proof that white privileged and white supremacy exists.

Please hire deaf people. It will save your life and win lawsuits. Zero stars. It won t post without a star.

I switched chiropractor doctor. So, far... I m seeing few improvement slowly. Like I said from my first review, just keep going back and when ready, give this clinic another star for treating me so well.

This chiropractic office practice nepotism. If you're their favorite client, they will treat you well. If you are not, they will rip up your spine like rip city. Beware of these treasonous traitors (some or maybe all) who claims he/she served the military. If he/she does, why would he/she hurt Americans, instead of protect and serve? Keep going back, and tell them what a loser they are for being Anti-Americans. Each time you go back, add another star if they treat you well. (WW1WGA)

Everyone is very nice here and extremely knowledgeable. I had a very stiff neck and sore back after having a baby, after a few visits I saw awesome results. All the pain I experienced before I came here, is gone. I strongly recommend this place to anyone looking to improve their quality of life!

The front office staff is always friendly and helpful (more than once they've helped me with my (three) kids! Dr. Mike is amazing! He really listens and seeks to understand the whole issue and he takes the time to explain each treatment and make sure I'm comfortable before proceeding. I was in a car accident and was very, very tender after, but the adjustments were minimally uncomfortable and provided a lot of relief!
Dr. Mike is also fantastic with my kids! They LOVE going with me to my appointments, and he's even adjusted my two year old.

These guys are the absolute best. Thank you Dr. Roger for helping me avoid surgery and improve my overall health. You are a critical part of my care team!

I have been going to Dr. Mike for about 5 years now. I was having back issues that radiated down to my hips and Dr. Mike was able to connect the dots to my epidural during pregnancy. He got me back to one and I have been seeing him regularly ever since, though so many different things. Most recently, I had a baby. Her first stop out of the hospital, just a few days old was to see Dr. Mike. He discovered that she wasn't turning left (and he was right), he could tell by just watching her. Her atlas was out of place from child birth. He continues to see me and her and she is 4 months. He is knowledgeable and concise. He adjusts both of us in just under 30 minutes AND the massages from Stephanie are out of this world. As a small business owner, I have no problem taking my very hard earned dollars and investing it back into this local business. The whole crew from the front desk to the back are full of integrity, welcoming and full of personality! They truly care!

Always a great experience with Renaissance! The professionals at the front desk are always welcoming and helpful, appointments times are kept with little wait, and the doctors are caring and miracle workers! I've referred Renaissance to many friends and family, and will continue to do so.

There is anti-vaccination propaganda in the restroom's. I would not trust my health to someone who doesn't understand basic science of health.
In addition, when I went to my consultation, the doctor immediately started shaming my behaviors and my posture. I felt so humiliated that I walked out. If you are a health 'care' provider, please treat people sensitively and with kindness.

I ve been going to this place for a year or so now. This is a very family friendly and person centered establishment. I appreciate the way staff treat me with respect each and every time I go in. The are very good at working with your schedule. I see Dr. Mike he always exhibits great customer service skills and person centered. I have been treated awful in my experience with medical offices and I must say this place makes up for all of the discrimination and lack of professionalism I have encountered at other places. I even had a massage from the female massage therapist she was wonderful. I don t know I just think who ever employees these people know how to pick them xoxoxo Awesome staff!

I came here as a child with my mom during her treatment and loved it so much because not only did they have (still do) a play area, but the staff was always so awesome. I got into a car accident 2 years ago and had my treatment there for 6 months. Dr. Mike was so informative, helpful and understanding. It s funny because I used to tag along with my mom and years later I became a patient. But everything about this place was and still is great; from the Doc s to the receptionists at the front desk.
Today, I went in for a massage and left feeling amazing! Love this place and will continue coming whenever I need a massage or adjustment.

I was having trouble with my hands and wrists. I was not able to do anything without pain. I could not hold or pick up my baby grandson without Excruciating pain!Doctor Mike has made me health again. Dr. Doug is my chiropractor of choice for the last year and a half, but all of the doctors here are knowledgeable, helpful, and show concern. I have learned over the years that steady chiropractic care is necessary for me to keep going and have much less pain. Fortunately for me, my regular M.D.'s are aware and approve my chiropractic care from Dr. Doug. The staff have been very good to me. They greet me by name when I come through the door and exhibit care and concern about me as an individual. I really appreciate that. Kudos to Dr. Doug and all as great caregivers.

I have been extremely happy with my experience at Renaissance. All of the practitioners that I have had the pleasure of meeting, and have worked on me, have been amazing at their craft. Because of them I am in such less pain and I feel just more in balance.
Also I have to mention the ladies at the front desk are by far some of the best I have seen. Always happy and smiling and VERY accommodating. I always leave at bit happier.

The staff is friendly. But I had received a statement for 46$ called to see what that was about given that we haven't been there in almost a month. Its from a time we hadn't paid. But have been there days after that. Why didn't the front desk let us know of this balance and just have pay the full amount instead of having to send us a statement telling us we are 60 days over due. They said they had sent out on in June. And august our last visit was July 12. Why not let us know then? Its very inconvenient and let's things get more complicated. People there in the billing department need to start communicating more. She says to just send in payments well not many people are comfortable sending their information let alone money when they could have handled this situation first hand when we were physically in the office. They need to get that together.

Renaissance Chiropractic has been taking excellent care of my family for over 10 years. The people are caring and friendly, the office is modern and clean, and I always feel great after a visit. I highly recommend this office to anyone. They took care of my babies who are now healthy kids.

Renaissance Chiropractic Center is a family operation that has been in business for a very long time. Everyone I ve had contact with is clearly passionate about their profession. On my first visit I was having back pain bad enough to have a negative impact on my quality of life. After 3 visits in one week I felt like a new man, simultaneously I was pretty irritated with myself for not seeing these folks earlier. I was referred here by one of my customers who spoke very highly of the place. After the first visit my pain (which I've had in one area about a few months and the other over a year) had subsided greatly within the first week! I am very happy with the treatment would recommend this place to Anyone!

I decided to seek Chiropractic care after experiencing a set-back with sciatica type pain. The tingling and flare-ups that I was experiencing down my left leg started to impact the activities I enjoy doing like aerobics, playing outdoors with my kids, and doing yard work. I work as a Registered Nurse and do a lot of IV starts and PICC lines and at the end of the day there were times when I felt like I couldn't "give my all" because of the periodic and sometimes overwhelming sciatica and back pain. After a thorough evaluation by Dr. Mike Long, he gave me complete assurance that he could help me. He was right on! After the first 2 weeks of adjustments I could not believe how the pain was starting to subside. It wasn't totally gone but things like this take time, consistency and patience. I had been dealing with this pain for over 8 months and my back was starting to feel much more relaxed allowing me to do more. Today, 3 and 1/2 months later, my back feels great with little to no pain at all and I am doing just about everything I used to do with ease and confidence. A testament to the care I have received by Dr. Mike and his associates at Renaissance. I highly recommend you consider seeing these chiropractors first!

I would recommend RCC as I have been coming since 2010 and have never been failed by their amazing customer service, chiropractors, or massage practitioners. Also, Dr. Doug has adjusted the famous musician Robert Plant (among others) which is pretty cool. Definitely give them a ring if you're looking for a chiropractor!

I have been going to Rennisance for over 20 years. Dr. Doug is my go to Dr there ...but all partners there are amazing and caring. A great staff all around and feels like a family clinic. My family and kids have all been seen there. I have chronic pain and have been able to avoid dependence on Pain Medication because of the care I recieve there. Thank you Rennisance!!!

This group of professionals are Fabulous. Efficient, professional, friendly and effective. I have been coming to them for adjustments since 2008. They helped me turn my second baby who was breached, saving me from a C section birth. They also helped me recover from an accident. Dr. Mike and Dr. Rogers are talented doctors. This review is a long time coming. My first encounter with Renaissance Chiropractic started when my daughter was born almost 9 years ago. I had never been to a chiropractor but after delivering a 9 Pound 11 ounce baby I needed help with being able to walk. My hips and back were so far out of alignment after delivery that I couldn't do basic things like sit or walk. Dr. Mike was amazing. He took great care of me and took great care to explain what was wrong and how adjustments would help. After delivery
When my daughter was only a few weeks old she could only breast feed on one side. Her neck and shoulder had been pulled on during deliver and as a result they were very messed up. The midwife had to pull on her as she was descending.
She would cry out in pain when she attempted to turn her head or neck and I didn't know what to do. Dr.Mike adjusted her at only 2 weeks old and with in minutes she was able to breast feed comfortably on both sides without pain.
Renaissance Chiropractic has seen me through two car accidents in the past 9 years as well.
More recently Dr. Doug has been helping me with concussion related issues from a rock climbing injury.
These guys really know what they're doing. When conventional medicine wasn't able to give me answers or relieve pain Renaissance has. I am so thankful for all that they do.

Dr. Doug is a great chiropractor and I can tell he really cares about his patients. He provides a great service. I have also seen Dr. Low who does a great job as well. I appreciate their concern, knowledge, time, preciseness, and attention to detail. My neck and back pain has dramatically decreased to nearly nothing since I started receiving adjustments. I also had some rib discomfort after my accident which no longer bothers me at all. I found it extremely valuable to learn how to sleep in positions that do not stress my spine, as well as some other pointers on how to care for my spinal health which I will take with me once my treatment plan ends. I will definitely return when I need chiropractic care in the future. I highly recommend both doctors! The front desk staff is great too which I find very comforting as a patient.

Highly recommended, the family of both Doctors and staff were absolutely essential in bringing me back to functional health after a bad car accident. Dr. Mike Long was and continues to be my Dr. there at the center. He has always been attentive to my specific needs, is very family/people friendly and without me even saying the trouble spots on each visit, he knows them finds them and treats them. The staff, front counter, and all support specialists get to know each patient on a first name basis, makes a welcoming world of difference upon each and every visit.

Dr. Doug has saved the day again! They're good about fitting you in if it's urgent and great at what they do! Ive been to a lot of DCs who want to sell you a bunch of other stuff and who's adjustments dont stay. I solidly feel this is the best practice and value hands down.

We have taken our whole family here for about two years now. I have been through several car accidents & am super careful who I trust to adjust my neck. Myself and my whole family love Dr. Mike especially but I'm sure anyone at the office would be great. It's such a wonderful place to go, walk in feeling like you can't function & leave feeling like you're young and healthy again. I can't say enough how much this place has helped me and my family! My kids love Dr. Mike as well which says a lot because they were initially anxious about being adjusted. I love all of the doctors here! I dealt with chronic migraines for weeks at a time before coming here and finding out they could be fixed immediately with an adjustment.

I had my first adjustment with Dr. Mike during my first pregnancy almost 5 years ago, after being referred to him by a friend and also by my doula/childbirth educator. I'd been experiencing unbelievable sciatic nerve pain and general pain with a tailbone injury I'd been living with for years. I had been treated by a chiropractor in another state for years and never felt relief from the tailbone injury and went on with my life thinking I'd just have to deal with that pain forever. After one adjustment with Dr. Mike, there was relief! My family has been seeing him regularly for adjustments ever since. He is truly knowledgable and skilled in his profession, and never ceases to amaze me how he can pinpoint exactly what is out to cause whatever aches and pains I'm feeling and attend to it right away. He goes above and beyond to show personal interest and care. I'm so grateful for the team here!

Great Chiropractic services, billing department is horrible.

I was hit by a drunk driver almost two and a half years ago and have underwent years of various treatments, including over a year of multiple visits a week to another chiropractic center. I am only on my single digits here at Renaissance and have never had this much relief. Medicines already reduced. Sleeping better. I can't believe how much better I feel. I am so grateful for my co-workers referral.

Safe environment the staff are friendly they're a joy to be around and Dr Mike is great with his chiropractic work. They are all friendly there, makes you feel at home, they explained what was going on with my body through the x-rays and went through step by step where it was easy to understand then we started working on getting my body corrected and since then it has been working well

I have been going to Dr. Mike and Dr. Doug for years. Recently I knocked my head and could not get the headaches to stop. Saw Dr. Doug and he found that my atlas was out. One adjustment and bam...Instant relief. I recommend Renaissance to everyone at work. Hands down the friendliest staff and a great people.

This is a family owned and operated business that not only does Chiropractic care but also massage therapy and some PT as well. All the Dr.s and staff are wonderful, professional, friendly and very competent. Plus the Dr.s utilize the same techniques for neck and back care, so it really doesn't matter who you see for chiropractic care which is great! My neck and back are in better condition because of Renaissance Chiropractic Center. I am the first one to tell people how great they are and recommend people seek treatment here. Anyone who is thinking about this place for chiropractic care will be making the right decision to better their neck and back and overall health.
