Ordered bathroom cladding from here. Arrived on the day agreed and really happy with it. Great quality product, easy to cut and fit

Great product from a company that puts customer service first.
I recently made a purchase that the courier damaged on delivery. I contacted BCD and dealt with Lauren who quickly resolved the issue and re-delivered in 24hrs. Fantastic friendly company that give 1st class customer service.

Really impressed with the service provided by this company in all departments especially Lauren who called to let us know that an item was out of stock to say we were annoyed was an understatement. She handled the situation most professionally and offered us a solution with another product. Will definitely use the company again and will recommend.

Sadly I have to post a poor review.

I ordered ceiling panels on the 22nd August. The panels were listed as being in stock, and booked delivery onfor the 26th August. So, got the bathroom stripped ready for the new ceiling.
I got a phone call later telling me the container with the cladding was delayed, and would arrive in early September. I reluctantly accepted, left with little real choice at the time.

It's now 11th September and I had heard nothing, so called them. I was told there were further delays on delivery, now to expect delivery on the 21st September. I can't tile the bathroom until the cladding arrives, so stuck with no shower and can't do more until it arrives. Now shopping around for alternative panels with a view to cancelling my order with Bathroom Cladding Direct.

My advice would be to call and place an order on the phone and make sure they actually have the things you want in stock if you want to use this company. Certainly do not trust the website.

So delivery didn't happen on the 21st, but was promised for today, Tuesday 22nd September... Still no cladding. Email from the courier saying the delivery will be tomorrow. A really, really poor show I'm afraid. For something that the website said was in stock and ready to dispatch, this is wholly unacceptable.

What Poor, Rude & abrupt Aftercare / customer service received today from Janet@BATHROOMCLADDINGDIRECT
She was Abrupt upon initial communication, told me i had not purchased a product from them, proceeded to try and point blame for her mistaken order number error on myself the customer, continued to want to debate this point.

I cannot tell you how impressed with the service. Firstly this company had the best prices I could find on the internet. I then selected the delivery day, absolutely all of the order arrived, nothing damaged. The delivery guy put all the order where I asked. The cladding, flooring and ceiling look amazing. I had some panels left over - They even came and collected the excess and gave me a refund. I would definitely recommend. 5 star company in my opinion.
