The staff is friendly. But I had received a statement for 46$ called to see what that was about given that we haven't been there in almost a month. Its from a time we hadn't paid. But have been there days after that. Why didn't the front desk let us know of this balance and just have pay the full amount instead of having to send us a statement telling us we are 60 days over due. They said they had sent out on in June. And august our last visit was July 12. Why not let us know then? Its very inconvenient and let's things get more complicated. People there in the billing department need to start communicating more. She says to just send in payments well not many people are comfortable sending their information let alone money when they could have handled this situation first hand when we were physically in the office. They need to get that together.
