Great experience I had with this program. I had my desktop at office running Window 10 and MS Outlook 2010 and wanted to backup the whole data , messages and contacts. I found this prog " Remo Outlook Backup and Migrate " and started to use the trial version, worked perfect and backed up every thing on Outlook perfectly. I moved the backup file and the prog to my new Laptop running Win 10 and MS Outlook 2016 then I traveled for long trip. when I had time i tried to restore the backup file onto the Laptop. I had to buy the prog , but I could not activate it, the support team on the Live Chat worked with me closely until I got a very successful Restore.

This software works really well and has made a positive improvement to the manner in which my systems work. However, what really marks Remo out from the crowd is the speed and efficiency with which it deals with problems and / or difficulties - absolutely first class.
This is the software that no digital media professional ever be without, even if you only use it once. I first discovered Remo software in the summer of 2012, when some documentary footage came up missing in Avid and my only source of 'backup' was a card that had already been formatted. After a white-knuckled search on the web, Remo Recover seemed to land right in that sweet spot between horsepower and affordability. My average file size dictated that I opt for the pro version, so I took a chance and ended up happy. After a flawless drag and drop installation, I found the interface to be well-designed and quite intuitive- which is useful after spending many sleepless nights in post. After following the short step-by-step, Remo Recover did its job in spectacular fashion. I was able to recover the missing audio and video in time for a festival deadline. Cut to December 2016, when a 5-year old array configured as RAID 0 suddenly stopped behaving as a result of a corrupted HFS partition, (a severe problem impervious to the likes of Disk Warrior 5 and Drive Genius 3). Devastated, I started to consider the prohibitive expense of brick-and-mortar data recovery. Before I reached for the tequila bottle, I scanned my arsenal of tools one last time and once again found Remo Recover. We were so fortunate to of found this software. The support group made the process easier and we were able to recover lost pictures and documents with their help. After contacting Window support they told us it couldn't be done... Remo proved them wrong. Thanks

Remo Recover is a great tool with a good interface that allowed me to recover some much needed data after the operating system of a machine was overwritten by a new Windows install. I will admit that there are a LOT of data recovery tools out there that can do the same thing. I tried probably 15-20 different tools before I settled on this one. The aspect that made it the winner for me was the responsiveness of the support team and their ability to assist me in a timely manner.

I researched a number or potential tools to assist in the migration of our Outlook assets from an older PC running Windows Vista to a new platform running Windows 10 and Outlook 2016. I decided on Remo software because they not only move the data, but perform updates/conversions to be compatible with the new destination software. I downloaded the tool per instructions on both the source and target systems. The backup went fine, producing a sizable file. However, loading data into the new version produced an error message. I contacted Remo and was very pleasantly surprised to learn how responsive they were. After a couple of suggestions, they asked permission to access my machine via LogMeIn. I agreed and watched as they searched the necessary directories to get the information they needed. Within days, they produced a custom version of the tool that I downloaded and installed. I was then able to complete the migration flawlessly. The results were an exact duplicate of the original and, while getting Outlook to operate correctly on different systems, my new Outlook works perfectly. I am grateful for this software tool - it is very easy to use and for the incredible support their technical team was in working hard to address my problem. Few support teams are as responsive and personable as Remo's. I highly recommend this company and its products - you get the tools and the team behind them with Remo. Thanks to all who worked to make my day less stressful!!!

I was forced to replace my phone when, as a result of changing carriers, my old carrier bricked my phone. The Remo app refused to see the SD card on my new Galaxy S7. Not expecting much, I called Remo tech support and much to my surprise, they took the issue in hand, sent it to their serious tech folk, fixed the app and had it working on my phone in under 2 days! This is unheard of. How often do the developers of apps actually fix an issue quickly without trying to blame the user or his phone. First rate customer service here!
Complete scam. They will take your money, won't fix anything and then you'll never hear from them again. I downloaded their software to fix a corrupt MP4 video file that I shot with my camcorder. I tried the software 4 times, but their software couldn't fix it. Now I know it was a fixable file since another website was able to restore a portion of it for me for free, but they wanted over $150 to do the whole file. When I asked Remo for my money back, they told me to upload the file to them and they would see if they could fix it. That was 5 months ago and since then I've called twice and sent 4 e-mails with absolutely NO RESPONSE. My money is gone, my file is still bad and this is by far the WORST online experience I have ever had with any company. Don't waste your money or your time....their software is worthless and their customer support is non-existent. Thanks a lot Remo ... FOR NOTHING !!!!

I am writing about Remo Photos Remover. I m not sure how I found this app, but it is really easy to use and it completely does what it s supposed to do, remove your duplicate pictures. It s WAY easier than the software you buy and use on a computer. My pictures on my phone were a mess and I was overwhelmed, but this has given me some control back. And it doesn t have distracting ads or pleas to purchase something. I had one question and got a very quick response, so i believes their support seems good too. I really really like it! Good app! Had two 2Gb video files that couldn't be read. Remo Repair MOV worked quickly and easily corrected the problem. The Mac version had a difficulty but the Windows version did the job. The support person explained that the Mac version update was coming and helped me with a workaround with the Windows version. Support was done via email in a very timely manner. Didn't have to wait a day for a response.
I was having difficulty with running my Remo software. Called the toll free number and was connected to an "assistance" service who could not solve the problem. I then contacted Remo representatives directly who were able to resolve the issue for me quickly. this was important, as I rely on this tool to keep my computer "healthy". gw

What happened to me was - a CF card from my Canon 5d camera died for some reason so I couldn't transfer important footage from it. By using Data Rescue app I found a way to restore files itself, but all of thew were still corrupted and I couldn't work with them. I couldn't even play them. Then I did some research I googled Remosoftware they have different product also the one I needed Remo .Mov recover. And yeah it worked from the beginning no hustle, I restored all files I needed. We edit the final video on time, client was happy. I still see there is a way to make Remo app better. I've shot 136 video files and had to restore them one by one, it took me several hours. It might be a good update and button to restore several files. Support so fast and efficient!

Purchased Remo media version for my computer repair company. First time use and it worked flawlessly - I'm VERY satisfied and the price was great. When time came to activate to save the recovered files for a client, I was helped immediately by the Remo support team (John) and within minutes was right back to business. 2 thumbs up - keep up the great work! I purchased a subscription to Remo Optimizer after a scary crash and a sales pitch from someone to purchase something similar for 4 times the price. Not wanting to spend that much money, I did some research and found Remo. I checked out Remo and it is reputable After returning from a long trip, I tried to do a "scan" and discovered that the Remo program was "uninstalled" from my laptop. I did an online chat with them to try to fix it, but I didn't have any luck. They continued to be in touch via email, and at a convenient time, I telephoned them at the number they provided. The tech used a remote access program to "take over" my computer with my permission (an eerie, but safe, process -- as long as you initiate it). In a matter of minutes, the tech had reinstalled Remo Optimizer and activated it. I'm back on line and once again have peace of mind that unwanted or unneeded "stuff" can be regularly removed from my laptop. I don't know how any of this works, or what any of the "stuff" is that Remo seeks out, identifies, and fixes. Nevertheless, my older laptop continues to run well since I purchased the Remo product last July. Only wish my subscription renewal date could have been adjusted to "make up for" the time I was without my Remo protection.

Excellent software: it allowed me to recover dozens of accidentally deleted photos (NEF). I had some difficulties installing the program due to a malfunction of my Mac. But the support team was always by my side until I was able to solve the problem.

I had what turned out to be a fairly difficult migration from a big MS Outlook 2003 file (10 years of activity/data) on Windows XP machine to Outlook 2013 on a new computer. My old 2003 Outlook had somehow become pretty messed up with multiple profiles (unbeknownst to me) and so my first attempt at migrating was not successful. The customer service person I had worked with me for probably five or six hours using chat support over a two day period and finally got everything straightened out and my data successfully migrated over to my new computer and software. This support person was very patient with my lack of knowledge/understanding of some aspects of the process and my system as well as all my questions...some of those questions were probably beyond their responsibility as it relates the problems on my end with my software, system and files. Anyhow, I got most (not all) of my questions answered but most importantly I got all my data transferred to my new system. I am very pleased with Remo Backup and Migration software and their customer service.

To day Remo software was verry helpfull for me to install my PST and find my corrupt file. There was also a problem with the connection to my gmail and they also solved that problem . wonderful program. Make sure you use chat for help if you need it. That is much faster than email. I spent hours scanning pictures then the hard drive became corrupt. This program pulled them all back out for me !

After changing my hardware could not activate Remo. However support solved the problem almost instantly although it has been a few years since I purchased this software. Initially this program was purchased to recover a specific file on a formatted hdd - no other program could find it and even a recovery service company did not succeed but Remo found enough to save my bacon.

I have been looking for a good photo duplicate finder. Well I found a "great" duplicate photo finder. It does just what I wanted, finds and shows both (or three) photos and a simple check mark allows easy removal of the duplicates. You could not have made it any easier. Super Great Program!

We run a data recovery company and had a client who formatted their memory card and required urgent recovery of their deleted video files. We managed to recover 100 video files however they all didn t play. We downloaded the Remo video repair software and tried to repair corrupt file using a good reference file. The repaired videos played but had frame rate issue. After contacting REMO support and sending them the sample files, the development team managed to fix the software issue and we managed to successfully repair and play all 100 video files.

Remo Optimizer keeps my computer running at top speed. Had a small issue with a pop-up appearing after paying for update, but the team quickly solved the issue and am back to using Remo Optimizer for another year.
I recently returned from a trip of a lifetime; in the flurry of sorting pictures from my trip, I managed to delete all the pictures I had taken on a very full media disc. With the help of my new Remo Recover software and some very helpful assistance from the Remo team, I was able to recover nearly all of my precious photos. I recovered more than 3 CF and SD cards with this software. Then I needed help because I could not access due to iOS update, but in quick chat via chat, solved my problem with all attention and agility.
My computer would slow down every month or so. I got the Remo Optmizer software and ran it. Immediately the computer was up to normal speed. I have found that the Remo Optimizer support staff to be helpful and patient. When I switched to a new computer my software programs did not transfer. I did not have my authorization code so I contacted the support staff. They were on it immediately! I received an email with a new code and detailed instructions on how to reactivate the program.

Tech support was great. Technician stayed with me until all pictures were recovered. Although more than 1 long session was required, I liked the fact that the chat information remained and we just continued where we had left off.

It took a while, but support team was very helpful. We recovered the deleted files and it was complicated for me, but the online support was great.
Lifesaving recovery app...My colleague recommended this to me when I mistakenly deleted around 1000 photographs. We are extremely pleased with the Remo Recovery software. I tried a number of freeware packages and one other package which I paid for before trying Remo. We were able to recover almost a half terrabyte of photos that we had deleted. At first we didn't realize what we had done and so continued copying and storing on that drive for a day or two. Despite this, we recovered every photo and movie that we had accidentally deleted. I'm now in the process of recovering a flash drive from our camera which had been reformatted. PS thanks a bunch to Remo support staff for helping through some registration issues. I would highly recommend this software to anyone.

svchost.exe (netsvcs) was hogging about 50% of my CPU time. I searched the Internet for a fix and found Remo Software. The link said they could fix my problem in two minutes. I doubted that, but I was desperate and bought the download. Running the software seemed to fix a lot of problems, but not the svchost.exe (netsvcs) problem. I ran a chat with Matt at Remo Software. He gave me specific instructions on things to try. When I reported back to Matt that I still had the problem, I did not expect to hear from him again. But Matt and Tim came up with more things to try and sent specific instructions on how to try them. Finally the problem was fixed! Matt and Tim did a great job of customer service and did whatever it took to fix my problem. I am very satisfied with their efforts.
Still waiting for the recovery of several lost/missing Picasa photo folders, but the experience and service so far has been great. Happy to give a further testimonial when "mission accomplished".

I bought Remo Recover a while back and since had upgraded my computer. When the need to use it to recover some files after windows forced me to reformat a drive it required registering again. Support were really quick to sort this for me and get a big thumbs up from me.
As soon as registered with the kind help of a Remo chat correspondant, I used the Remo Recovery Mac. I'm still wondering at the easiness of use, the simplicity of the interface and at the speed of recovery. This software is really worth the expense when needed.

I have tried several scanning optimisers over the years, and this is the best I have come across. Results are evident after the first scan with immediate improved performance. I tried Remo Optimiser to fix a recurring Windows 10 intermittent boot problem, but when that did not solve the problem, I discovered the boot HDD was faulty. I had to replace the disk and rebuild Windows 10. The Remo Optimiser licence was therefore lost (because the licence uses a digital signature from the machine), but Remo support staff assisted and quickly renewed the licence key for a new activation on the rebuilt computer. The Remo licence covers 2 computers, and I have now also purchased a second licence to cover the other PC's in our home. Ian W. - Melbourne, Australia

Using the Pro version of the software has allowed me to recover drives that we thought were destroyed on many occasions. As a media producer working with flash drives, memory cards and hard drives while on the go constantly, we can't live without this software.
Had a problem running the outlook backup software. Sent a request to support who was very responsive. They logged into my machine and had the software running in a few minutes. The whole issue was resolved in a couple of hours. Can't ask for better than that. Looking forward to many trouble free backups. Recommend the software to anyone .
