I accidentally deleted all my vacation photos from my camera. I tried the Remo software free preview for 2 weeks, trying to understand the instructions. They have a video which I watched many times, taking notes, but it still was not clear. A technician at Remo sent me a numbered list of what I should do, which was helpful but somewhat confusing as it didn't exactly match up with the video. Finally Remo offered to take over my computer and try the recovery of my photos themselves. I thought this sounded great, but my computer said their website was not safe (it was http and not https). Then I tried the preview software again, following the numbered instructions and not the video, and this time it detected the lost files and I could see them! I was able to download all but about 16 of my photos and they look great. I am very grateful for Remo's patience and and willingness to help, and thrilled with the results.

I am an 80 year old and trying my best to keep up with the world. The Remo staff have been most helpful with sorting the troubles I had with the consequences of the ransom virus. A great job! I recommend Remo wholeheartedly.

Customer service is top notch. I had a problem with the install key. Support emailed me back within minutes and my problem was quickly resolved with a couple of emails. Can't beat that level of support.

My experience with Remo Product was positive. I purchased Remo Recover Windows for recovering accidentally deleted documents and I succeeded in that. Cool product! Met all my requirements!!!

support contacted me actively to ask if the software was working properly. As I experienced some difficulty, the support team followed through with perseverence over several weeks until the problem was solved. The recovery of the drive worked fine, in the end.

I just want to share my review of this amazing product I purchases it in 2013 and my license have been remove by Microsoft windows 10 upgrade ,I have mailed the support team and the service I have received was excellent Thanks guys for great support and a very goof product

I purchased their Remo Repair Zip. The product did not work, I asked for a refund (within 30 mins of purchase) and was denied. Apparently they DO NOT GUARANTEE their produce will work - should it not, oh well. This is a massive ripoff. Customer service kept telling me i should have used the demo, that its my fault for purchase...

Save your money and frustration and buy another brand.

Very good product. The software saved me it thankfully recovered all of my missing video files and the customer support representative was very helpful.

Outlook Backup & Migrate is a very good software and easy to use, but the important thing i believe is the support that they provide and the professionalism they have. Keep on going.

I had an issue with reconverting the pst file on my system and the support team securely recovered and forwarded it back. happy with the service level and quick responses to my emails.

Last week I deleted my data on SD card and back-up copy on Hard Drive. I tried a lot, went thru google articles but could not retrieve my data. Someone said, data from SD drive if deleted cannot be retrieved. I was very upset as these were my documents from last 7-8 years. My cousin Prashant introduced me to Omer and Tim from Remo Software. Tim worked with me patiently for 6 hours (on July 22, 2020) and helped to get my files back. His instructions were clear even a non-technical person can follow. During the process I also saw some pictures and video that I deleted 3-4 months back. Excel files that were retrieved with help from Remo software and Remo technical support were intact, even the formatting and formulas were there. Thank you Omer, Tim and Remo Software.

I am happy that I signed up with Remo Software to optimize my Windows PC (it has Windows 10 on it) because the Remo Software service keeps my PC running cleanly and efficiently, to keep it sound and avoid problems. Remo works quickly to scan, find issues, and then repairs the issues efficiently and speedily. Also, the Remo Help Desk operates quickly and efficiently to resolve issues. Recently I needed to contact the Help Desk for assistance in initiating the software and the Remo Helpdesk Tech quickly found the problem, as over the phone he guided me through checking the Remo folders we found that I had two versions of the software including an update. The remedy was to delete them both and then download the latest Remo software on my PC, and then it all worked fine. After the Remo scan, all issues were cleaned up and optimized on my computer and it is purring along great again. Remo is a Windows software partner and so I put much confidence in using the software. Thanks again, Remo!

If your drive is suddenly unrecognized on your system, yet still "spinning", this program is fantastic. I tried the program as a last resort and was thrilled when 2-years of work appeared and ready to be moved to a fresh drive. Highly recommended!

I just used the Professional Version for MAC to recover pictures that were lost from a professional photo shoot. The images were recovered and that saved us countless hours of work and a bad reputation and I cannot thank you enough! That is a great product and it is so easy to use!

I went to attend the interview, their was a written test i believe i wasted my 2hrs in that interview as no such vacancy is there. They are just doing time pass and getting public data by conducting interviews waste company.

i needed to activate my Remo Optimizer download in which i just purchased and was having trouble getting my key to activate the system. i went to the on line chat, and Tim White helped me out with easy to follow instructions and my keyword. i copied and pasted the keyword and went back to the chat and Tim was waiting to see if everything went well. I was done in no time at all. It was great to receive such good help

Remo saved the day twice. First they were able to recover my files ,specifically my resume, from a drive that hard drive manufactures software corrupted. Second time was immediate and stellar support by Matt to reactivate my software after a system crash and rebuild. The software is thorough and works. I tried 4 different software packages before Remo and they all failed. I have done work in information technology for 20 years and would recommend this software before spending hundreds or thousands of dollars with a recovery service.

The best program ever, it has recovered a very important files and photos on the formatted external hard desk. In addition, the customer service always reply my emails to restore the program register code.. really thanks..

My client had lost critical data. A quick chat session on the Remo software site pointed me in the right direction. Everything was recovered! The chat session was not a hard sell or anyone trying to extract info from me, which allowed me to trust what I was told. I ended up purchasing their Pro edition even though the person on the chat told me the less expensive Basic would do. Great experience and great customer support!

I consider Remo recovery as a best recovery software. I tried many others - but without successful data recovering. Also the Remo support was very helpful.

Great software, a computer illiterate like me was able to recover most of the files after accidentally formatted one of the drives. Very easy to use if you follow the directions given.

An absolute MUST have if you are migrating Outlook to another computer. Wow, this must have saved me 3-4 hours of work and frustration. I have multiple email account, signatures, email rules and categories that all would have to be manually re-created but the Remo software does EVERYTHING. Very impressed and thankful for this software. Seriously, all I had to do was re-enter my email server passwords on the first 'Send/Receive' and everything else was already set up identical to my original machine.

I used Remo to recover files from a TOSHIBA 600GB external drive. Before trying REMO, I tried three other software tools which were unsuccessful to recover anything but less than 100 files. Fortunately, Remo helped recover thousands of files (photos and music files) from the disk which had extensive bad sectors and could not be read by Windows.
The tech support I received was also excellent. I surely recommend Remo.

The software works very well, from simple scenarios to the more dramatic ones.

And the people at support are very kind and efficient.

I strongly recommend Remo as a video recovery app to anyone who wants to recover a damaged video file. I was amazed, not only with the software recovery, but also how it seems to stop at nothing to recover a video. After Remo's standard app did not recover a corrupt aerial 4K video (as a result of my DJI Phantom suddenly dropping from the sky into water), their development team asked for the video file and said they would work on it. In the meanwhile, I looked at all the other top recovery apps and video recovery solutions on the internet. The only one I could find that sort of worked, resulted in a low resolution recovered video. Another one asked for payment (over $100) in advance before any attempt to recover. I had practically given up, thinking I'd have to video again once DJI replaced my P3P (crash looked like a result of mechanical failure). But out of the blue, the Remo development team sent me the recovered file, with its 4K quality!

Spent $92 on the software and there website had a error. Stole my money and now will not give me any details to use the software.

Great support when I migrated to a new computer. New license access key was promptly provided via 'chat'. Done in 5 minutes!

I purchased the 3 computer bundle for my home and love it, I ran across an issue with my laptop key and their customer service people were very helpful. I did not call I used the chat on the website, that works best in these cases for me.

Amazing! I was a Stellar Phoenix faithful, because they had always been able to recover my deleted files from my CF cards, though this time around, they were able to be recovered, though they appeared corrupt after extraction. This was for both the CR2's and the Jpg backups. I did some research, found out that Remo Recover was the highest rated Photo Recovery software, and figured I would give it a shot with their free to try version. Boom! There were AT LEAST my jpg's, and I could preview them, meaning they weren't corrupt like Stellar was showing (I couldn't view them at all). After purchasing the Remo Recover Media Edition for Mac, I have now extracted all the Jpg's, and there were only about 15 out of the 500 some that didn't make it. For some reason the CR2's weren't found, though at least I have the Jpgs, and can manage with them. Thank you Remo for making a quality product that is quite the life saver! I would highly recommend this product to any pro or amateur photographer who have accidentally deleted their files off their cards!

Good response via email. Chat IMPOSSIBLE and the phone is of no use. Can't understand what they say. Via email I got the problem solved within an hour.

To my great delight this software helped me recover hundreds of gigabytes of lost videos. The software works fast, the display is clear and pleasant to look at. So far all the rescued videos work as the original. And what's good with this software is that it recovers the original filenames and the file structure unlike some other software options.

I had some problems with activating the software (due to an older trial version, I suppose). The customer service helped me out immediately.

After looking for a long time for effective data restore software, I found the REMO windows pro recover! This tool has the capacity to restore "files to big for recycle bin", and also specific functions to restore media files. Everything worked perfectly! I also reached out to the support team with a few questions on how to get the license codes and install the soft -- everybody was VERY FRIENDLY and I quickly got a professional advice. Overall, my experiences are 10 out of 10. Highly recommended!

This product has saved me on more than one occasion. It has helped with corrupt files as well as files recovered from bad SD cards. On top of that, the customs service is excellent. I have contacted them twice and both times I heard back within a very short and had a solution shortly there after.

Windows 10, Office 365 & WORD 2003: Problem corrupt document.
I purchased the Remo Word repair utility, but the file repair was more than the utility could handle. I forwarded the damaged file to the Remo Support group and the diagnosis was a severely corrupted header. The Support group extracted the data information from the header part and they rebuilt the header. I was very impressed with the quick response and the quality of the repair. Highly recommend this vendor and the Remo Support Group.

I was very happy with tech support, and the way Supremo worked at a distance on my computer. I know I can contact support when needed.
At this point I am still testing Remo Optimizer
