I had what turned out to be a fairly difficult mig...

I had what turned out to be a fairly difficult migration from a big MS Outlook 2003 file (10 years of activity/data) on Windows XP machine to Outlook 2013 on a new computer. My old 2003 Outlook had somehow become pretty messed up with multiple profiles (unbeknownst to me) and so my first attempt at migrating was not successful. The customer service person I had worked with me for probably five or six hours using chat support over a two day period and finally got everything straightened out and my data successfully migrated over to my new computer and software. This support person was very patient with my lack of knowledge/understanding of some aspects of the process and my system as well as all my questions...some of those questions were probably beyond their responsibility as it relates the problems on my end with my software, system and files. Anyhow, I got most (not all) of my questions answered but most importantly I got all my data transferred to my new system. I am very pleased with Remo Backup and Migration software and their customer service.
