I've tried every drum head out there. When I play in Nashville, I use Remo Heads. When I play in L.A., I use Remo Heads. When I record in my own studio, I use Remo Heads. Nothing sounds better or lasts longer! It's the only drum head I endorse. Any questions?'

I am updating my previous 1 star review. I was contacted by Brian and Chris this morning and they have sent the parts via UPS and have also sent me a t-shirt. Thank you for making it right. My wife and I both own small businesses and can appreciate the effort to make the customer happy. Thanks again and I look forward to purchasing more Remo drumming products. Previous Review: one star Customer service is poor. I have been trying to get replacement tension rods for my Remo Roto Toms that were delivered damaged. I have left numerous messages through email at customer support with no success and it has been 2 weeks now. I can't even get a reply. They could have them in a day, this a small request but apparently too small to bother .
I only use and endorse the best heads in the business. They are durable, musical, warm and plenty of attack. I never have to worry about a head coming apart while I am playing or teaching. At Serra High in Gardena we have been using the same remo heads for four and a half years. They take great care of their education artist a m d they take the time to know each of us. Manton
I've used Remo Heads on all my kits! I've toured and recorded with them and absolutely love the way my kit sounds. I've tried other brands and tho they have their qualities but the Remo's just have that sound and endurance that keeps me and my band happy. I'm forever a Remo guy.
