Corrupt Billing Practices; BUYER BEWARE. RW&CO. Billed me for an order then cancelled a bunch of items (their inventory system doesn't work, but that is another story for another day). After seeing several strange line items charged to me, I reached out to Catherine who advised it would all clear itself up.

Asking for a direct contact number and letting them know that there was something wrong and I had been overcharged (showing order numbers, totals and other amounts) there has been no more communication.

Looking into filing a corporate action lawsuit as this likely is not a one off experience. Anyone who has experienced this type of similar behavior on RW&CO. or other subsidiaries, please reply to this thread.

It's been over four months and counting to have my refund issue resolved for a purchase that was made online. I keep submitting requests electronically to customer service but no one is responding. Even opened a ticket with BBB in hopes this would somehow make a difference but nope, after a month it had to be closed down because Reitmans were not responding to BBB also.

Update: finally got a response and the issue has been resolved, but given how long this process took I would avoid shopping with this retailer in the future.

Expansive head office of Reitmans. It s a really cool building with a ton of great people working there. It s REALLY HARD to find parking in the area though. If you have a meeting there - show up VERY early or take transit, UBER, taxi, etc.

I am offered a home delivery for an item not available in store, no confirmation email nothing, 10 days more I call back to advise not to have received my colli (I waited 10 days because it was in full parties I told myself they must be overwhelmed) ... Anyway, I call, they tell me that the package has been delivered, however, I have received nothing. They say they are going to make an investigation I confirm my address and my email that it takes 3 weeks and well it's been more than 1 month never call or email each time I CALL I confirm my email my address my number of telephone .. Well let's say that I am the liar that it is my word against theirs .. I feel helpless helpless impossible to speak to a director I am tired of justifying myself at each call, incomprehensible unacceptable this kind of lamentable service from such a recognized CIE, you should review your procedures, I am treated like a bunch of m ... With my own money. That makes at least 10 calls 10 confirmations of coordinates, last call I I have not answered a call from Canada Post bizzare I have a voicemail no missed call no voicemail no email ... I require a call from a manager of a Director of a Questionable Professional.

After 100 confirmations of contact details the 100th agent Shay Thank you for hearing me and confirming that I am not here at fault despite my 100 confirmations my email has never been corrected ...
The investigation has never been opened with Canada Post and that RW and CO must communicate them. It has now been 1.5 months.

Absolutely terrible service. I was told even though their website had issues and didn t apply the correct code, it was my problem and that someone had to lose out and it definitely wouldn t be them . I asked to speak to someone else since the representative was so rude to me and she said no. She also wouldn t let me speak to a supervisor. I contacted the social media site, they said they would look into the recording and help me solve this while also help me figure out the website problem... nothing. BEWARE. I would definitely NOT recommend this company.
