Great experience overall ! It helped me to manage my stress while going through a very stressfull visa application. At first I had a senior sollicitor who didnt have much time for me, so that kind of worried me and made me quite stressed. But then, Katherine Fermo has been put on my application and has been the sollicitor that has helped me, she was so reactive, answering to my queries on a daily basis and very quickly. We got everything sorted in like 2 Months (obtaining resident card and everything), and she has been offering lots of support to us. And sorted our case (which was a bit hopeless at some point due to short deadlines we were facing). I recommend them cause it helps you going through a hard period of your life - they know what they are doing and know the field very well ! It is worth for your money, this is something priceless to being able to live in the country you need, and they'll find a way for you (especially Katherine :) ) !
