I sought Reiss Edward's help to change my residence status in the UK, and they made the process as smooth as it could be. I worked mainly with Joe Dinh and for a little bit with Charity and they were both superb. Joe is extremely knowledgeable in immigration matters and always had detailed answers to my questions. Charity was very skilful and meticulous and clearly had great communication and team work with Joe as she handled my application with ease and depth although she only joined in towards the end. Working with these guys gave me a level of confidence in my application that I would have never had without them. As a result the application was granted in a much shorter period of time than expected and I was delighted by that. Joe always had time for a meeting or an email when I needed one; and while being always very professional, they made me feel like they were really here to help and like it wasn't just another business transaction to them (a feeling I had working with other solicitors in the past).
