Honestly cannot thank the REI enough for all their support particularly during COVID! They went over and above and it was very positive knowing that they were in our corner and that updates were coming through daily! I cannot thank Ann and the team enough for their constant support on the helpline. REI keep up the good work we appreciate you so very much!

After the course being cancelled by TAFE for the Statement of Attainment legal assistant real property I would say was the BEST thing as I decided to apply to REINSW. So far the experience has been great and informative. Anthony Lang has been so helpful and his teachings have been so insightful as he has given many real life examples. I would say Anthony really took the DRY out of Legislation and compliance and made it bearable to sit through it. I would definitely recommend REINSW to people who want to do property related courses.

We had a great office training day with Anthony today! We were all extremely pleased and found him very knowledgeable. Friendly guy and was happy to help. Would highly recommend.

They continue to allow members of their organisation to leave up huge 'LEASED' signs, weeks after tenants move in. It is garish, obtrusive, and free advertising that blocks drivers vision and aesthetics up and down a street. To leave advertising in place declaring 'Leased' is akin to having a large sign in any persons front yard saying 'NOT FOR SALE', is it not?

I have been trying to get through to speak to someone. No answer and no call back.

I just wanted to let you and the marketing team know how amazing the communication from REINSW has been over the past few months, especially since the onset of Covid-19.
The emails seem to be much clearer, full of really relevant information and easier to navigate.

Property Services Cert IV is too expensive. The course material has been written to a very poor standard. There are mistakes riddled throughout the course material.

My complete journey of Certification of Registration and Licence Course was fantastic with REINSW from the beginning. They provided great support in ensuring that i know the timetable of classes well in advance, responded to my queries through emails and phone calls, provided a great conducive class environment for enriched learning experience. Alicia from training and quality team is a gem of person and without her astute support and coordination, my training and exams may not have completed in time. Nerida, James Pratt, Annett Ferrari, Jacque Parker they have been amazing trainers with industry rich experience. The whole team Terry, Michelle, Janet have all been great support and guiding star all throughout.
My personal take-away message is if a student is committed to learning and prompt with assignments and communication, team@REINSW will definitely guide and support you like no other!

Really proud of my decision of studying at REINSW and having made great connections and friends for life, i hope to continue my Real Estate Journey towards a brighter future.

The online Real Estate course is very well structured. It is easy to understand what is required. The whole course holds one s interest and because the way it is structured it so very easy to follow and feedback is always given which is very encouraging and supportive. Their system is excellent! It is very user friendly. I d recommend doing real estate courses with REINSW.

Great communication with customer service coordinator, Terry McMullen who has supported and helped me throughout my Assistant Agent course (Certificate of registration) as he has helpful in organising for me to communicate with the REI assessor, Michelle Cott. I have had a great experience meeting and learning with them in REI Training facility.
Just one set-back is that once it took the assessing team approximately 3 weeks due to most likely the real estate industry and REI been quite busy during COVID-19 situation as they needed more time to mark and finalise feedback for my assessment.
Otherwise it has been an honour and privilege to work and communicate with the REI and training team as I am nearly completing my course with them soon.
Finally, I hope to complete my REINSW CPD course and training in the future.

I have recently completed my Assistant Agent course with these guys, and I think they are really wonderful people. Even though we had to shift the entire classroom to Zoom during covid-19, the teachers and the staff was very helpful. The content of the course is very detailed, and I have definitely learnt some really practical knowledge as well!! Thumbs up!!

Currently doing the Assistant agent course at REINSW. I really enjoy the service and help they provide. Anthony is so knowledgeable and is a true expert in the real estate industry. Even though class can be boring sometimes, Anthony can somehow make it enjoyable and engaging!. However, keep in mind that class duration is very long.

I enrolled in an entry level course- day session classroom in November 2020. Had a fantastic experience dealing with REINSW customer service and training team.

These people are true experts in the trade. They play with heart to teach you how to deal with client's trust money, negotiation skills in sales, putting customer on hold (cancel your scheduled entry at last minute and offer you an unachievable higher level-course with overdue date) and well maintenanced their premise in own scope of practice during a crisis event (so called COVID-19).

Highly recommended in CPD year 2020-cross selling and role play, Michelin three star!

The information given to me by the TEACHER was incorrect and the institute refused to do anything about it. Very Unprofessional.
