Receptionist are very rude!! This is my first time using rental assistance so I m unaware how things work. So I called to ask questions and the receptionist was very rude for no reason.

They lose info and never answer phones I don't know what the receptionist job is. They act like there celebrities you can't see them without an appointment even in a emergency even though they are free?? I just can't comprehend how hats helping people when in fact a lot of people get cur off because of lack of paperwork being took an care of and phone calls left unanswered the state needs to find another organisation because this one is past due for a cleaning up. They should not be allowed the grant if they can't complete the job

They don't answer the calls when they open at 12pm...

They don't answer the calls when they open at 12pm , you leave a voice mails for them to call back, still waiting for the call. We as landlords are required to give tenants notice to vacate but tenants can just leave without a notice. No letter sent from Rental Assistance that tenant is moving.

the one front desk receptionist is so nasty to people when we ask a question the look she gives you is horrible then the way she talks to you is rude on top of that I can`t never get in contact with my worker at all she never answers her phone or returns calls ........:(

Listen, these people are just workers who are making a little over minimum wage most likely. They aren't the ones in charge of your assistance, the government is! DON'T BE AFRAID TO SPEAK UP! I'm sure a few of them are on or have been on assistance while they sit there with their attitudes against clients. You DO NOT need to take their s***. If you feel like you're being treated unfairly get your complaints in! I myself have had issues with these people. I'm not putting up with it. I won't stop contacting all higher up authorities until this is fixed. Half of these workers don't even do their job. You call and no one EVER answers nor do they return clients calls. What's the point of having a receptionist? They aren't that damn busy that they can't pick up the phone!

I went there for instructions on getting rental assistance. Parking was sparce. No off street parking availablr and only two handicapped parking spots in the front of the building. There is a ramp to get in. There is a handicapped unisex bathroom. No refreshments allowed. It was later determined that my income was over their requirement. Don't you think they should have checked that before making me, a disabled senior, come all the way down there in the winter? I give them 0 out of 10!
