Very unprofessionally run company. You could almost call it a scam. As tenants, we never received any support. Phone calls or emails were never answered in time. Things for which the landlord has to pay were not taken over. If, however, a payment was made too late because of the rental error, the first reminder was sent without delay. Regimo carries out apartment inspections in a dubious manner and does not care whether an apartment is left clean, which is very frustrating as a new tenant. I would recommend all tenants to stay away from this company to avoid unnecessary stress and loss of money.

Totally unprofessional and poorly responsive. I applied for a parking spot and was told they would send me the contract soon. I have been waiting for about a month despite sending many reminders. After all this time, they finally assure me they would send the contract by mid next week...only to inform me 3 days later that the parking spot was no longer available.
I do not recommend administration. Too expensive, very unprofessional, rip off the poor. This administration is all about money. Only with this administration costs CHF 5 per payment slip. Reminders are sent before the invoice is sent. Disastrous administration.
